The employees are racist. If you are white or Latino do not enter this place. In addition, they don't let you use the bathroom. The employee tells me that the bathroom is only for employees, not for customers shopping in the store. I left the items and left.

I made a quick stop just to pick up a few items. The asst.mgr was on her phone the whole time checking me out without even recognizing me. This is unprofessional. If leadership doesn't have customer service skills, then don't lead. DO BETTER FOLKS.

3 stars. The store itself was decent. Clean, a little disorganized, but what can you expect with so many people rifling through the sale bins and whatnot. Selection of items was pretty good. And the prices were great. The 3 stars is for the fact that I walked in there at 9am for one single item. That took me all of 30 seconds to find and walk to the checkout line... And at 9:20 I was walking out of the store WITHOUT my intended purchase. I don't blame the cashier. They were doing the best the could given the situation. I blame the people running the store. Who should have had more than one cashier working, when there are very obviously too many people for one cashier to handle. Aside from that incredibly irritating detail, all in all the store itself isn't terrible. And the employees on the floor seemed helpful and happy to assist with the customers, that I saw.

An older lady, black, had mini twist and lashes on, licks her hand before touching every bag. Didn’t want to double bag my items after stuffing everything I had into one bag. Then handed me the bag to bag my own items while also expecting me to grab the receipt with my hands full. No greeting, and was rude as could be to myself and the other young people behind me, but was respectful to the older people. At this point add a self checkout so they can go clean the store.

Its always messy, and dirty and the entire store smells like a toilet, I walked in for less than 5min and left, I can definitely find better places to spend my money. Its really sad to see the stores in the BLACK communities because they are always trash, I literally have to go to the white areas of the city to find a decent dollar tree and I believe this is by design, so I will no longer shop at dollar tree until they respect our communities

probably the worst dollar tree that i’ve been to and i frequent them a lot.. there never anything on the shelves, not a big selection and its not clean, i’ve seen lots of open products.. the staff is as helpful as they can when i did ask about inventory
