The most unorganized dollar tree I've ever seen. I dont know what was going on there but all isles were empty, products everywhere. It was like entering a dumpster.
I only visited, I'm m not from the area and I don't know if they were remodeling or just BAD management but It was really depressing!!!!
The employees were looking at us like " hurry up & leave", oh no. It was awful.

Couple of rude employees is why before being banned from this particular one for life is why I had if they were still but everyone else the last time I was there was totally awesome no complaints on them at all just a couple of them even that strangely couldn’t stand me and didn’t even know this person but vowed never to go back as long as they were there worse one ever just honestly saying until I am proven otherwise.

Went to store on Sunday and thought it was odd that no cars were in parking lot. Well, I understood why as I got to the door, NO CASH!! As I only had cash I could not get what I went for which was very disappointing. I also noticed walking back to my car that there was trash strewn all about in front the store, hope the inside doesn't look that way!!!

Why would you close the store 7:30pm and when people get at the door and asking questions the employees are been rude! If the tile on the door stated 8pm close why close 7:40 with no emergency, but we the people have a choice

Rude customer service. On their receipt they only say no refund only exchange, no specific on anything else. Had a can of beans and oil spray untouched along with other two items as I was moving to a different hotel had too much luggage. The male manager looked at what’s inside the bag then told me to get items to exchange. I felt bad for only exchange actually brought other items also, he had left, the cashier told me they don’t exchange food, then asked a manager, forced me to explain from the beginning, told her I had no can opener can’t open can’t eat, it’s clearly untouched, she agreed to let me exchange the can, as I told her I can put my bag away from that closed line (which they told me to put earlier) so they can open the line if they needed to, another ‘manager’ came and again forced me to tell her from the beginning, and then no exchange and ordered me to move my stuff and clear the line. The whole process went over and over with no smile no ‘please’ ever used like an interrogation, very rude. I wasn’t even bothered to write this review, as I appreciated the Dollar Tree’s good price had been shopping in different branches since 15 years ago, but it got worse as I returned to buy a bath salt, which they didn’t have and mistakenly thought a guy there was that manager just planned to share a laugh about what happened, then left upon finding out he wasn’t, a female staff came in with a bad looking face asking the cashier “is she here again?” YES, of course! You are a store! Its you not making your exchange policy clear on your receipt in the first place, wasting my time taking the bus to bring the stuff over, and your manager approved again and again then denied your own approval. Watch out how you treat your customers and learn some politeness! I shouldn’t be considerate for staff like them thinking buying more items clearing their lines at all.

I would rate -5 stars if I could. This is the most raggedy Disorganized store in the city. Chef highway located across from Walmart. They never have 2 things that match. Balloons no helium. Mixing cups no epoxy. If they do have things in stock i have to search all over for it because nothing is organized. this is the 3rd week in a row I had to go to canal place store out of my neighborhood because my local dollar tree is a joke.
