I gave this place an honest try due to a referral, but the disappointment has grown after my multiple attempts to unsuccessfully get basic customer service. We are moving into a new house soon which needs to be fully furnished immediately. We've seen Penny's wonderful work and beautiful furniture at a couple of friends homes so we wanted to move forward with her services, but maybe business is so high-demand we haven't gotten returned calls, emails, nor sufficient in-store customer service. I'm not sure what's going on but it's by far the worst experience I've had shopping at any furniture store because typically they are very excited to help... maybe just at the commercial stores (Arhaus, Ethan Allen, PB etc). I called over a week ago for design service, provided pictures of the space and was prepared to give measurements, but it seems the world stops if the owner isn't there. The staff is very nonchalant and not responsive, so I physically went into the store to look around and give them another try in person. The disappointment grew deeper; they confirmed they received my information the week prior but it was a blank stare because I'm wondering what they've been doing for a week to not have replied, nor scheduled an appointment, nor have any styles to suggest. I asked again about a potential consult or next steps and received no answers except the owner was busy in the back room, didn't know when she would be free, nor when she would be available to reply to the messages I've left. I hoped the staff would have a much better response such as we've reviewed your pictures, believe xyz style(s) could work in your space, would love to see your space on x date... instead, no help and no suggestions even when I asked. I'm completely over it now; wish I could say I had a better experience.

Cute boutique in uptown. I was drawn in by these uber cute throw pillows but the price tag made me run away. I am all for supporting local business but $190+ for a pillow is cray. they have a great sale section and you might find some unique pieces that won't break the bank.

This place is soo stunning it belongs on Magazine/Royal Street. I would love to visit a home that was fully designed with their furniture. I cant afford most of the items here but in the backroom there are more moderatelypriced items that fit perfectly on a mantle or shelf/kitchen table. One day I promised to return for their Gorgeous/Innovative Chandeliers. Any celebrity like The Kardashians or Lindsey Lohan would go Nuts for Their Stuff. The male sales associate is very friendly he makes your buying experience pleasurable.

Wow. Eclectic Home definitely has some fancy-pants furnishings...and I mean that in a good way. I loved the lucite chairs that were laser cut to look like coral, comfy too. Great decorator pieces, accessories, pillows and the furniture is different then what I've seen elsewhere in the city. I will say the selection definitely represents a specific style aesthetic, so if you don't share it, then you will not like anything in this store. And while it does not match my design vision, I did see some lovely pieces that I was very tempted by.
