Stop by for a beer but if you're looking for a great New Orleans meal and service, keep walking. The staff doesn't really care to be there and treats guests like it's a privilege despite the unremarkable food and service. The Coors Light is on par with any other and the Blackened Chicken Jambalaya was solid but most of the rest of the food was either mistaken (erroneous service), mediocre quality, or delivered with a snarky disrespect for guests without any apparent justification. If you have Celiac, DO NOT VISIT. Servers were rude and apparently ignorant of the genetic disease...preferring to insult rather than accommodate. You have better choices for food. But the beer is fine, cold. The location and outdoor seating are both great on a nice day.Parking: There are several options that are easy to find a d book via SpotHero but be sure to enter your license plate to avoid tow

The food was good. Nothing fantastic. Our servers did not keep our cups full or make sure we were good. We sat out on the upper patio. The bartender was alone while making drinks and taking orders. We had a coupon we showed bartender and she got it, but when our bill was given to us, the discount was not applied. The view was nice. It felt like they were busy in the main dinning area and I think this affected the patio people. I gave 3 stars for the lack of customer service.Parking: Parking is very difficult. Not many spots to park.

Best beer prices in New Orleans. Period. And a good selection! Great place to chill, and grab food & beer before a game.

The Ernst Cafe is in a really beautiful old building. The ceiling and old bar are really nice to see and the upstairs gallery is a really good slot to hang out and watch the sights. There is a lot of seating on both floors and also outside. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I found the food that I ordered was good but not outstanding.Vegetarian options: Some non-meat itemsDietary restrictions: Staff will try to assist with restrictions you make them aware ofParking: Plenty parking in the areaKid-friendliness: An adult environmentWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor is accessible
