This is an edit to the previous review that I had to leave before I would be issued my refund. The price went up again so I went down to close my account and move to another facility. I was told by the worker that the only way I can get the full refund is to leave her a good review. I said no problem, I will. She then informed me that she has to see the good review first. So now I did the review in front of her and waited for my refund. Weeks go by and no refund. I finally had to call the facility manager who eventually refunded the $119. When they raised the rent over and over I was told they monitor what other storage in the area is charging. I moved into a unit a few blocks away the exact same size for 50% less. This to me is unacceptable and from the amount of other reviews mention the same worker by name in guessing it's how they do business. Disgraceful.

I’ve been dealing with Extra Space for a very long time now and I really appreciate all the support that the employees have I would recommend this storage facility anytime I promise you won’t be disappointed if you go ask for the Rep. Mr.Julius Adams he is Awesome and will get u what u need and more he goes above and beyond to help his customers
