This is NOT a full service Fed Ex service center. I expected them to have Fed Ex envelopes and printer/copiers as Yelp description suggested. They said it's only pick-up and drop off of pre-packaged and labeled items. Wasted a half-hour driving here. No apologies from the staff. The Yelp description needs to be changed!

Let's start with my uh oh's. I needed some materials printed for an event and it had been a while since I had to use a printing service and not been able to just print in office. I did some Yelp searching and found this location. It was close to enough to my event location so I thought it would be an easy in and out. Well, I also forgot that there's always a random conference or two downtown, so you can imagine my shock and horror when I discovered that not only was this FedEx in the lobby of a hotel, but that they were actively hosting a conference. I'm not going to lie to y'all, my soul left my body briefly, because I just KNEW this was about to be a JOURNEY. Of course it was popping, no Chris Brown, in the print center so we settled in and began to use the self-print option. Should be easy enough. If you can pick up where this is going, you can insert the narrator's voice here "it was in fact, not easy", lol. However, shout out to Bam and Trey, the skilled and knowledgeable staff at the print center. They were so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful even though they were completely slammed. They answered all of my questions about paper, helped me to troubleshoot, and got me everything that I needed in time for my event. They expertly took all of the hurdles in stride and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire time we were there. While it's not the most convenient location for most, if you're in the area and need printing services, you won' t be disappointed with the customer care--their professionalism is beyond impressive. You may just need to pack a little extra patience if there's a conference in town.

I was in town for an event recently, and I had to have some items printed immediately. We were having a few problems with the printing, and we needed some assistance from the guys who work there. They were very busy - a large convention was at the hotel and it must have been their lunch break. There seemed to be a lot of folks shipping things. The guys working could have very easily told us they couldn't help us. I was honestly trying to look up small, locally-owned printers because I couldn't imagine that these young men would have the time to help us. But once they got through the group of people before us, they got to work on our issue. They took great care of us, and made Fed Ex an additional $300 they wouldn't have made otherwise. I was just so impressed with their professionalism and really their kindness. Fed Ex is lucky to have employees like this and we were so thankful and appreciative of their help.

Bought an important medical device from Amazon. Asked the front desk if I could get it shipped to the Sheraton and they said yes.A few days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that I would have to be charged a $10 "handling fee". I don't care what anyone says, that is an absolute robbery. I paid the fee because I would likely die or be injured without what I bought, but it really ruined my day.
