They kept many customers waiting in a line as they took over an hour to process one person's package. Only had one terminal open for multiple packages and yet didn't ask the person with the issue to wait until after they served the other customers waiting to ship. Very poor customer service!

Cost me $10 to receive a 2 pound package—just as much as the sender paid in postage! I didn’t know this ahead of time, but had no choice if I wanted my package. I would have used usps general delivery service if I had known this!

The FedEx team was so incredibly kind and helpful! They printed all of our last minute requests so quickly and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you!

Matthew was amazing! He helped me send a PDF directly to the office's email, then printed it for me. I had nothing to do really. Super easy! Great service.

Located on the second floor, to your right. Typical fedex print and shop center. Technology moves a bit slow which prolongs the time actually needed to get your affairs taken care of. However, the customer service was great. The guy who I assume is the manager was attentive, clear and helpful. Besides the long journey to the location, it served its purpose.

Scam. Stay away. Tried to charge me a handling fee for packages delivered to the hotel(not addressed to fed ex). Speak to the hotel front desk and they can have security go in after hours and they just drop it in your room. Hotel great, fed ex was a joke.

They are not open weekends. The front desk will need to retrieve your package. Worse is when you go to ship they charge a large handling fee on top of the shipping fee. I paid $100 for them to "handle" 4 boxes. If possible I suggest going to the location about 0.4 miles up the road to ship out.

I came in expecting to have issues. SCOTT IS THE BOMB. Best customer service possible. Super sweet down to earth guy. Super helpful and cheerful. I kinda hate FedEx, but not when this guy’s the one I’m dealing with! If you gotta go FedEx, make sure you work with Scott at this here location! He should take it over if he hasn’t already. Then he’d hire people with his attitude, and the world would be right. Actually, Scott, can you be in charge of the world please?

Cleveland and Lisa are kind and helpful. They assisted me with printing my shipping labels and made sure I had everything I needed. They also made me aware that FedEx now offers canvas printing! These two are national treasures and when the apocalypse comes they are welcome in my underground bunker.

Extremely convenient location; however, they were very misleading with their pricing and charges to pick-up packages. I went by the night before I needed my packages and was told that pick-up would be simple and easy from this location. The next morning, I arrived and they told me I had to have my package delivered to the exhibit hall which cost over $100. Extremely frustrating and questionable business practice.
