I'm exceedingly happy with the FedEx office on Tchoupitoulas there's always people ready to help you and if they're new things that you don't know how to use laminating machines or the printers or downloading a document for your phone they help you. It's just a great location and a very clean and helpful staff.

Goodbye FedEx on Tchoupitoulas St.Their new system to log onto their computers and copy machines is terrible. You have to pay ahead of time with a “credit” of a guesstimated amount. I guessed too low. So, I had to start all over again. I had to completely log off of the computer and restart everything that I had done. Plus, pay the $3 and change for the time I wasted on the computer while being unsuccessful in the purpose of going on the machine. I asked employees about the issue and they basically looked at me dumbfounded and said that was all that I could do. No offer of a refund or an alternate way to add money to my account without logging off and back on again. Horrible experience. I’ve had issues in the past. This was the last straw. Bye FedEx

Matthew was very helpful with my package shipment. He was pleasant, engaging, knowledgeable and patient! I've used this facility for years and have to say it was just okay a couple of years ago. With the remodel (?2021) and new management (?) it is a reliable, efficient place with great behind the counter help. Thanks Matthew!

parking couldn't be any better, other services present at this center, store is set up for speed and efficiency, didn't get the gentleman's name but he and Jasmine very cordial and helpful. Top notch..

Tara B was very helpful and made sure that my device was well protected for shipping. She put it in box specifically designed for tablets/monitors. I didn't have to wait long at all to be served. Both she and her coworker greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was a smooth process. I was not having the best day so they made running errands pleasant.

I brought a thumb drive with black and white documents to be printed. Nothing complex. Told them I did not need an estimate and to just print. Left the jump drive with the counter agent. I called 4 days later for status. Person I spoke to could not find any record. Called me back several hours later. They found the jump drive, but nothing had even been started. Then had the nerve to tell me it would take two weeks more! It was just straight printing. Should have taken no more than a couple of days at most. Lousy customer service.

I am very happy with the quality of the party invitations this location produced. I ordered them in person at the store with artwork that I supplied. This was supposed to be so much faster than ordering it online from FedEx Office Printing! They were ready the next day.I was very disspointed to find out that ENVELOPES ARE NOT INCLUDED if the invitations (of a certain size) are printed at the FedEx store!!! The staff member who assisted me never mentioned anything about this. Now I have to go hunting for the envelopes. So much for saving time on this project.

As other reviews say, do yourself a favor and go someplace else.I have a FedEx account and ship at least 3 days a week. I moved from one part of the city to another part, and went to this location. I asked them behind the counter if I could use tape to close my box (which I have done at every other store in the city) to which I received the response "We recommend that you buy the tape." As tape was sitting right next to the woman that said this to me. Her reason? Because they don't want me to cut myself on the tape dispenser. Are you serious?! I just took my stuff and went to another location, and before I could even ask for tape, the gentleman handed it to me. This location is awful all around.

The staff and manager were very extremely unhelpful when I tried to return ship my items. Told me that the packaging was unacceptable and then tried to charge me a small fortune to repackage them. The irony is that the manager could have accepted the condition of my boxes but decided not too and then hid in the back of the office. Poor customer service for a global company like FedEx.
