Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.

This location printed a poster for a conference within an hour of me sending it, and the staff were helpful and communicative.

Dropped off a couple of prepaid FedEx packages with a breeze. They even have a new technology where you can scan it yourself! Awesome experience. Helpful people.

Horrible service. I don’t even remember the names of the people who “helped” me out because they were extremely rude. They didn’t even care to grab a box themselves. Won’t be coming back

I'm annoyed. This place used to be open late and I didn't know the hours had changed (according to google they've only changed in the last few weeks). I placed an order of over $300 of prints for work. I arrived at 7pm and the staff locked the door on me. Two employees could see me outside, as well as another customer who arrived just a few minutes after me, he was also is just picking up and also didn't know the hours had changed. We can both see our orders inside, ready, on the shelf. They literally would only have to hand them to us, it's already paid for and everything. Both staff just dismissively signaled that the store is closed. Yes, I understand I should have checked the hours and come earlier. But I hadn't imagined they would have changed from previous hours. This actually defeats my whole purpose of ordering from this store, as now I won't have my prints in the time I needed them for work tomorrow. All that money, down the drain. I was here at 7pm, as they locked the door, they could clearly see I was coming to pick up an order, and 30 seconds of courtesy would have saved us all a lot of trouble. They still would have closed at 7pm. It's not like I showed up hours after close expecting service. They spent more time explaining than it would have taken to just hand me my prints. Moreover, what even is the point of a copy shop that's not open more than an hour past standard business hours? I'm never ordering from this location again.

It says on their website last pickup is at 6pm. Today i dropped by at 4:30pm and was told - "express went out at 4pm" . They didn't even apologize. They acted like it was my fault. Eff these people!

I made a print order online for in-store pickup, and the quality was not acceptable. Thus was a postcard design and the cuts and bleeds were way out of the design margins. When I asked for a refund, staff instructed me that they would not help since my order was placed online and that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and after 20 minutes on hold was told that I needed to bring the print job into the store for help (I was in the store at the time and told them that the store refused to process my refund). I was then put back on hold and eventually the call was disconnected. This was a tremendous waste of time for a suboptimal print job. I am never doing another online print order with them again. The only way I found to get my money back was to contest the charge with my credit card company.

Apparently it takes 3 business days to print out 6 pieces of paper in black and white here with all of their high end equipment. Ridiculous.

Oh my goodness, Sharron! My hero! She went absolutely above and beyond and was able to fill a huge print order while also talking to me about how to fix some of the files. She was so kind and patient and just the absolute model of amazing customer service. If I didn't live in Washington DC I'd go to this fedex store for everything every time. Thank you so much for making my day and fixing my crisis Sharron!

You and one job. Print. 4 pages. And you did it wrong. That happens, but...when I tell you you made a mistake to just stare blindly at me and tell me the total cost....not good. If you had just said "sorry" it would have been fine.

Bizarre customer service experience. One member of the staff seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and I have zero clue why.I’ve never rolled up a poster before, asked for help from the people who have done it dozens of times, and was told I could figure it out myself. While that’s probably true, I don’t at all see how that’s an appropriate response to a customer. It was the only poster I could afford, and I wanted to make sure it didn’t get messed up—don’t see how that’s cause for ire at all.Other than this weird exchange with a weird attendant, the work was done well at first glance and quickly.

Went to make some copies at this Kinkos location and it was very bad. first the copy machine ran out of paper and the attendant was super slow getting a new ream of paper. The machine timed out and I had to start my entire copy process over again.Next I attempted to scan my original an half way through the document feeder jammed and again I had to start over.I scanned it again and three pages from the end of the scan the document feeder jammed again and once again I had to start over. I scanned it again and completed the scan and was standing there waiting for the machine to produce the PDF from the scan and the employee told me the store was closed and I would have to leave and come back tomorrow. I told her I was waiting on the machine to finish and she told me I would have to cancel the job and come back tomorrow. then she proceeded to cancel it for me. Outrageous customer service. Bad Bad Bad. don't go there. 1 star is the lowest rating and I would give them less if I could.

Interesting thing happened at this new location. I was told to go elsewhere to ship an item because they couldn't problem solve a shipping container, aka a box!!! I've shipped the same size object before at FedEx,but the people who worked there were willing to figure it out, not this time. Luckily UPS is close by. I'll be switching my shipping service for sure.
