Overall I like Five Below, but I had a bad customer service experience at this particular location on Clearview Pkwy. I had to return a defective 8 pin USB charge cable, but the manager on duty denied my return because I did not have the “original packaging.” The product was packaged in disposable packaging. I had the defective product. I had the original purchase receipt. But the manager would not see past the ridiculous idea of having the “original packaging.” I had to contact the 5B customer support team to get my rightful refund.

This one is a little far from my house, but I absolutely love the consistency of this store. They have literally everything you can need, especially someone like me. The vanity/beauty section is insane( in a good way). They sell inscents too! I like how affordable their weights and fitness things are, because I’ve always wanted to get my own little personal collection but other stores over price like crazy.

They have self check out but an associate has to check you out ??♀️. Wait time to check out is too long for 4 items ??♀️. Other than that nice store and nice people. Not being rude but self check out is just that. 5 or more self check out lines but only two open and the associates ring you up is kind of not making any sense and wastes both the customer and associates time considering I only saw a few how can they service the customer or keep the floors clean if they have to ring the customer up?
