Five Below is a store with wonderful atmosphere, clean and easy to navigate. It offers special items, cute gifts, and knickknacks for the home at great prices, with clear pricing. Many items are a good value. The staff receives high praise for being sweet, kind, and hardworking. However, customer service can be inconsistent, sometimes making it difficult to find assistance. Easy parking is available. For many, the store is worth a special trip.
