Five Below is a store with wonderful atmosphere, clean and easy to navigate. It offers special items, cute gifts, and knickknacks for the home at great prices, with clear pricing. Many items are a good value. The staff receives high praise for being sweet, kind, and hardworking. However, customer service can be inconsistent, sometimes making it difficult to find assistance. Easy parking is available. For many, the store is worth a special trip.

I visited this location for the first time. I talked with the manager, she was very nice and eager to help me. This store has a large of variety of items and at very good prices. I'm definitely going to visit more often.

Its a typical five and below but a bit smaller than usual so it felt cramped and crowded. I will never give this chain 5 stars because the name no longer fits tge merchandise pricing and thats false advertising. There were items priced as high as $36 in there. Ridiculous.
