I have gone to this place a few times to fix my iPhone 11. The 2nd time I got it fixed my camera looked real fuzzy which I didn't think much of because the screen was shattered. Well the next time I go in its a different man (everytime i go in its a different face) and he's fixing my phone and he's like who fixed your phone cause it wasn't done properly. I said I came in last time and Mohammed fixed it and he dropped it and I didn't inquire further. He fixes my screen and its perfect and my camera isn't fuzzy anymore. Skip to a few months later my phone drops and the screen stops working. I bring it back to the same place I've gone to and its another new face. He fixes my phone and is constantly tryna charge me extra. I get it fixed and leave. Not even a few DAYS later my phone starts tweaking and turns off. I bring it to Apple and they said that the screen was IMPROPERLY put on resulting in a hardware malfunction which long story short means I can't use this phone anymore and have to go without a phone until I get a new one. Save your money and your peace and find somewhere else to go. Im on my computer and I can't show a pic of my phone unfortunately.

They were so fast and helpful! I got the screen of my iPhone XS (my favorite model of iPhone ever tbh!) fixed in 15 minutes. I paid under $80 after taxes to have this done. Before my phone glitched, I had some dead pixels on the top right corner of my screen, and the screen itself was lifting away from the phone’s frame. Otherwise, my phone was in totally operable condition, still receiving calls and notifications; only with a black screen. Now it’s like having a brand new phone! Camera front-facing camera quality is excellent too. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me this afternoon! xo

never have anything that I need, such as screens to fix my phone. Still charge the same prices even though they don't have what I need as a customer.

Called around to get prices to replace my iPhone screen. These folks were $10-15 cheaper than everywhere else. The work was quality and fast.

This place is way too high. They charge more than Apple. they wanted to charge me 149 for a glass for my iPad Apple is 150 to change the LCD and the glass.

Every time I break my phone Fix A Fone is there to help me dust off the broken glass and set me up with a new, fresh, smooth, safe screen. I think their pricing is great. Customer service is impeccable and they are as quick as time and their current work load allows. If you are worried about timing call ahead they are always helpful and polite.

Doesn’t honor warranty. Installed faulty screen. Charged me again to replace 1 week later. Do yourself a favor and get screen replacement kit from Amazon for half the price

Good people. Fixed it in half the price and half the time compared to a shop in Metairie (hour quote time). Had to get a white screen (my phone is the older 2016 SE iPhone) but its all good. Took him 10-15 minutes to fix, Would highly recommend.
