Military gymrat here. Great drop in price. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Old school gym with all the essential equipment needed to get a good workout in! If you crossfit or do globo gym workouts, you can get it done here. No excuses.

I know my 14 year old kid needs accountability, learn to be respectful, practice self control emotions, and training to get his rage into a punch bag and stay out of trouble.
