This place was awesome. From valet greeting you with smiles and opening doors for you to the front desk where the clerk Tyi really made our say. Made us feel right at home. Her smiles and spirit was awesome. The room was very nice, we had a patio room, we opened the doors relaxed and enjoyed the rain. The have a stocked room with good yet expensive snacks. But they are very expensive. The only thing that could be changed was that they could give u at least a free bottle of wine and some nuts or something. (You know from the price of the room) Im greedy so i really had to refrain myself. Lol.. over all the tripWas everything and the staff was more than great. Thanks guysRooms: They were awesome… lil dimmy, but an awesome view. I will he going back for my patio room. Didnt get to see the pool as the doors were locked. Closes at 10 and they mean 10… you know for safety i guess.Walkability: The valet was awesome. Met you at the door all smiles….

WARNING: OVERCHARGING HAPPENING HERE Absolutely horrific experience. Please check and ask for itemized receipts for any transactions here whether you are staying or just going to the bar. I was first overcharged at the bar they were rounding up without letting me know. When I asked about it they said it was normal policy, then I talked to a manager, and they said it was not. Then when we got our room bill, we were charged parking-we didn't have a car there or ask for parking, then we were charged double for the mini bar charges. They refunded us but then the refund deleted, and we were charged had to then call again to get the refund again. Management never called us back to discuss and we spent a few hours on all of this. Very unethical and sketchy.

Breeon at the front desk was amazing. She was so sweet even mailed something for me to my mom. So helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. I wish I could remember the hosts name at the restaurant but he was so helpful and also a vegetarian like me. I can't recommend this hotel enough. They both provided some of the best service could ever ask for. Thank you guys so much.

Very mid. Wayyy too packed in the summer, pool was miserable from the amount of people and chlorine. Blood was on our fresh bedsheets so we called the front desk only to receive a new set and those were also stained AC went off every hr automatically so woke up sweating multiple times. Workers were very friendly but I don't know if I would come back here

5 days plus one added due to flight delay. 3 rooms booked by extended family altogether Room is darkish and stark. Not particularly practical . . It is” the look” but mostly notable not so clean. Dust in corners. Same beads and pistachio shells left all visit. Some internal noise in room managed by changing room ; overall hotel location good. Gym good.No flexibility to checkout late although hotel at 35 percent occupancy. Not impressed with that!! I travel tons and see that as poor PR. Lobby pleasant and staff variable. Helpful were Kiki and Dequincy at breakfast. Although saw a mouse in restaurant. Other staff adequate but not that helpful or hospitable-Doing their job. Nothing really terrible but could do better - especially at low season.Walkability: Good location to reach what you want.

Perfect location for a visit to New Orleans in general if you want to be a little bit away from the noise of Bourbon. It was really the perfect location for walking to the Saints game. So many food, coffee, and drink options in the hotel alone. Everyone was so nice & smiling, hotel was clean, our room was MASSIVE I think it was the corner king. Fully stocked snack bar and Smeg fridge too. The Ace branding & vibe is so cool too, everything is clever & very thought out.Rooms: Our corner king was huge! The room had so much character, I gasped when I opened the door. I’ve never stayed in such a cool room.Walkability: There’s so much to do and see in the hotel alone. But it’s walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants, the smoothie king center & superdome, still walkable to bourbon and all that fun as well!Food & drinks: So good!! We had breakfast & room service from JE and drinks from Alto and the Lobby Bar. 10/10

Awesome staff! Love the vibe! Everyone, even other guests were great. Favorite restaurant in the area was Seaworthy. Pluck Wine Bar was our favorite place for a drink. Ace Hotel is the perfect base for exploring this part of New Orleans.

First things first- take a picture of your mini bar before and after. We were charged for something we didn’t drink. We actually said before we left “take a picture of the mini bar incase they try to charge us for something” - the mistake we made is not taking one beforehand. Check in was a nightmare because we booked third party (note to hotel: don’t take third party if you don’t know how to use them) — Floors were sticky in the room, felt dirty. Shower was amazing however. Restaurant downstairs left a lot to be desired. They were out of most of the food we asked for, served us our cocktails in plastic cups even though they claim to be upscale. Apparently no one was there to do the dishes. I wouldn’t stay again. A mess from the beginning until the end. You can find better for the price.

Absolutely loved my stay at Ace Hotel New Orleans! The rooms were spacious, creating a comfortable retreat, and the lively atmosphere added a fun touch to the experience. Perfectly situated in a central location, making it convenient to explore the vibrant city. Highly recommend!

Great hotel that features an awesome restaurant downstairs, rooftop pool and bar where you can also smoke. The rooms are great! Great views! Fitness/gym is top notch. Great coffee downstairs at the Cafe. Cafe sitting area.

Loved this hotel, great friendly staff. Very helpful, made us feel very much at home. I was traveling with my child and we both loved it. Seems like there were a lot of great features for those above 21 as well.Location was great, didn't have to drive once we got there.Nearby activities: Right in the mix and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Music at night with a lively crowd.Walkability: Didn't have to drive except to and from the airport.

I am writing this review related to poor customer service at the Ace Hotel New Orleans. We were part of a wedding party and I made arrangements for several rooms for our vendors and a suite for the groomsmen to stay at the hotel. Despite speaking with several staff members over the course of making arrangements , not once was it relayed to me that for the wedding day suite for the groomsmen, a press pass is needed for photos. I don't have a problem with following rules and would have gladly done so if advised, but the way the staff responded on the day of the event was horrible and very unprofessional. The weekend was spectacular and we had guests at two other hotel establishments and the services there were wonderful. Basically, they kicked the groomsmen out in spite of having a reserved suite. Do not recommend this establishment and especially if you can neve recapture a special moment.

This place is just perfect! The rooms were so cute and eclectic, the service team was so great and we appreciated all of their help and recommendations! Also, really loved the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, rooftop pool, and nightlife options they provided! I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to NOLA!

It's an ok hotel. A few years ago I stayed at the Ace Palm Springs and was blown away- cozy robes, record player and fun details. This one is dreary, more "hostel" than luxury. The public rooms are fabulous, though. One thing that disturbed me was the smell around the elevator on the ground floor. It was a very strong "men's cologne" smell. It permeated into the bar area. Couldn't Chromcast to watch Netflix. Something was wrong but I don't know
