The workers are consistently rude when drop offs are made - seems like they consider it an inconvience to have things dropped off...

Halloween!!💀👻🎃💀👻🎃 looking to unleash your inner costume designer this Halloween without breaking the bank, the local Goodwill is an absolute treasure trove of creative potential! Their racks are overflowing with unique pieces - a vintage blazer that could turn you into a flamboyant detective, a bright silk scarf for a quick "fairy" transformation, or even a pair of old ski goggles for a futuristic cyborg look. The staff is super helpful and always game to brainstorm ideas, making it a fun and collaborative experience. Whether you're aiming for a classic or something totally offbeat, this Goodwill is a must-visit for anyone looking to craft a truly one-of-a-kind Halloween costume that's both stylish and budget-friendly.

I used to love this goodwill, but the prices have gone up significantly recently, to a point that makes many purchases not worth it! Paying $30 for an old used Gap sweater isn’t realistic.

I don't understand how they are charging so much for clothes that are donated. This is more of a consignment store at this point. Even kids clothes are minimum $5.99/item. Kids items were $2.99 not long ago. Anything not stained or torn is $9.99. Ridiculous and greedy!
In response to the reply , we left this Goodwill and went to another one and the children's rack was $2.99 , won't be returning to this location again!

This used to be a really good thrift store, but now the prices are way too high and stock is limited. Many of the used ladies' blouses are $9.99; until recently, they were all $4.99.

I was in this goodwill looking for a new purse for my fiancée because i broke her zipper and she was so upset about it , i wanted to make her happy again , then I was approached by the manager and she told me, we already looked through all those purses for jewelry an other things etc. and actually escorted me out of the store an to not return. It’s GOODWILL idk if it’s just me but I thought that was highly uncalled for considering I was planning on buying one for my fiancée , I recommend staying away from this one , they might think the unbelievable an escort you out the store themselves . I hope as many people as possible read this because I wouldn’t take the time to write this review if I wasn’t so offended by the way I was treated as paying customer!

I love this place. I always find a treasure... but the prices are a little too high for used items. Shame on you Goodwill.

This is the single most expensive Goodwill I've seen in the entire state of Louisiana. (Have personally traveled all the way to Alabama and Texas) This Goodwill frequently prices WAY above MSRP on many used clothing brands making it more expensive than purchasing said items at their official retail store. (Clothing items are also frequently put out damaged despite these prices.) The minimal prices I see for used clothing are $10. This is in line with NYC and San Francisco Goodwill prices which is actually crazy.Besides clothing, many other item prices are quite high and make little sense like Five Below board games being priced at $15-20 or untestable electronics priced high that use bluetooth, USB or are battery operated for power to connect. (Store only offers standard plugs for testing.)Because of how expensive many of the items are in this location, stock rarely rotates properly and will sit on the shelves for weeks because it's simply not worth it even with 50% off. Going to Marshalls or TJ Maxx is significantly cheaper for the same goods in brand new condition. This location also sells and uses items that are illegal such as USPS Plastic Totes which carries a warning that it is a felony to sell or have them for personal use. Employees frequently use profanity and do not stop children from running around unattended. The store itself has an ant infestation that's heavily seen around the books and media area. I've had them crawl up my legs if I stand still long enough by that section.Everything here was reported to district management. Firings need to happen badly.
