I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and resolution I have received from GNO FCU. Despite being a loyal customer, the credit union has failed to address a crucial issue regarding my car title.Last year, I paid off my car loan and the credit union claimed to have mailed the car title to me. However, it never arrived in the mail. They then requested that I file a "lost mail" claim with the post office, which I did. After a thorough investigation by the post office, it was determined that the title could not be located.What is most frustrating is that the credit union did not use proof of delivery when mailing the title. They now expect me to bear the burden of their mistake by paying a fee to obtain a new copy of the title at the DMV. Despite my attempts to explain this to them, they have shown a complete lack of responsibility and accountability.As a result of their negligence, I am left without proper documentation for my vehicle. It is disheartening to see a credit union, which should prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its customers, demonstrate such a lack of care.I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others considering doing business with this credit union. The lack of support, failure to take responsibility, and disregard for customer concerns make it clear that they do not prioritize their customers' best interests.I strongly advise seeking alternatives for your financial needs. It is essential to choose an institution that values its customers and is willing to provide the necessary support when issues arise.

The manager over there BRITTANY IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE.SHE ALWAYS WATCHING WHATS IN MY ACCOUNT WATCH WHAT I HAVE AND SPENDING IT ON.She have me paying on a car I don’t even have no more for missing one insurance payment doing pandemic.I been with gno for 5yrs she held a check I cashed for 10 days she do anything to ruin me I don’t know why I said because im black I do not like her she is very rude and unprofessional she should not be working for a bank

When I was there the lady who sits across from the sign in sheet was very rude and unprofessional she was not helpful at all and showed me she was not interested in helping me start a account. I guess a 5,000 dollar checking account is not enuff to start off with to get decent treatment

Hidden fees and questionable practices. Transferred my free accounts (that were never free for a single month in 10 years) to their new Epic checking without permission and then charged me for the account I didn't even want. They also brick your cards without explanation, calling service is busted and never works, online portals are full of bugs and issues. Protect your money and credit and go with a better financial institution that offers service and utility to its members and shop the headache.

This is the slowest location ever! Like what is going on?!!!!! There is no need for me to be in a drive thru line waiting 20 mins for you do something that takes less than 10 mins. Geez! I need my credit union to reopen ASAP!

Patience is key! This is my first time doing a car loan and these people have been extremely patient with my unique situation. I am getting a car loan from someone who owns a car in Alabama and that requires many extra steps to secure and make sure the loan process goes through as planned. I want to thank friendly staff for sticking with me through all of this and making sure what gets done needs to be done, granted there were some minor bumps along the way. Thanks GNO for the friendly staff during this pandemic and crisis. It's much appreciated! I'm excited to work with you guys!
