This Bank is the best ever. Toni is a fantastic manager and all of the staff is friendly and very helpful. I have been ill and I got a get well card and 2 follow up phone calls to make sure I was doing okay. I feel like this is a community bank who truly cares about their customers. The worst. Antiquated. Back woods policies. NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED at all. When I I itially opened the account, this bank seemed to be the BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD... When you're a new customer they roll out the red carpet... But soon that red carpet turned Into an old dusty rug. The policies & procedures of this bank are outdated, relic in nature & waaaaayyyyy too time consuming. Without going into account sensitive details, a dispute process takes 90 days, provisional credits are provided relative to the case. Trying to get card services representatives on the line is even difficult WHEN INSIDE THE BRANCH. I have too many other things to contend with than to have to sit & hold the line, or wait 90 days for a dispute. This just isn't the bank for a busy business person. They're too behind the times. Late & lagging responses from bank individuals. They just recently instituted mobile banking... Good bye. I'll leave y'all for thr snails.

I had an account here and I really liked the bank. But then... I needed to cancel a check and guess what - they don't let you do that - you have to close your account. I called three other banks to find out if perhaps I was behind the times, if perhaps canceling checks had become phased out. But it's Gulf bank that needs to be phased out! They won't let you cancel a check - a very basic thing, Standard banking procedure. Ridiculous. I closed my account since they forced me to, but I moved my new account to another bank. And... In the middle of trying to figure this out the branch manager repeatedly failed to call me back. Don't bank here!

worst service ever..the lady whos name is cathy thinks and acts that shes the boss has attide on her co-workers and some times on customers..i think since she came to this branch she made it worser ..makes it harder for customers to do there transactions just to show that shes doing her job.gulf coast bank all your employees know that Cathy is making harder for both her co-workers and customers..so why still have her on the team
