Prices are high as hell here. When you go to a thrift stores you’re not suppose to pay $30 for Payless shoes. Literally paying higher prices than they were in the store. When I asked about the shoe prices and why they were so high they said “well some of them are new, they we from the Disney set.” If you want to factor in the new shoes, maybe individually price because most of them are used and shot to hell. Also let’s be real who cares about shoes being worn on extras in a Disney show? ?

Beware when buying appliances! They don't test them before putting them out for sale! We bought a dryer, unloaded it off the truck, hauled it about 60 feet to get it into position, hooked it up and it doesn't work. Now we've gotta load it back into the truck and drive it back for a refund. Why don't they just test them first?!! I'm pissed. I won't be shopping here again.

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this Habitat for humanity store in New Orleans . We Purchased 2 furniture items less than 24 hours later we went to retrieve the items BUT THEY WERE NOT THERE !! Manager had a bad attitude and zero concern that they gave our items to someone else . Really got the feeling that she took them Or someone she knows took them. we Purchased a white bookshelf and nightstand made by potterybarn, sold stickers were placed on items as directed by cashier with our name and receipt number and said we would be back today for the items. They were gone . So either staff took them or a customer took them so I guess no one bothered to check their receipt!!! The items we purchased matched a twin bed there . We didn't purchase the bed , we purchased the two bookshelves . Today, the bed was gone along with our items . They refused to contact the person who bought the bed and took our items. Said and I quote , " I can't contact them behind that " Hmmm shady . We are in there a lot and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Restore Habitat for Humanity. This is the worst service we have received. Will not be back . MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !! Unfortunately, anyone can take things you purchase .

Found the perfect desk that I've been needing for my home office. Solid wood, in impeccable condition, priced at $65, but they were taking 50% off all furniture, so it only cost me $32.50 The floor sales associate was very polite and helpful --very professional. Same with the cashier and the guys in the back. All of them showed excellent service skills, stemming -I'm sure- from a genuine desire to make a positive difference for their customers. Highly recommended!

Not much going on here, and the prices are extremely high. Seems that if they are selling used, and many times damaged items, prices should be consistent with the condition of the item and not the price or over, than a new unused item. Not likely to go back there. ?

I found half the furniture was in terrible condition, but still pricey. I understand it's a charitable organization, but foisting junk for $$$ is harsh, when most who shop there are looking for a bargain. Don't look here!

Unequivocally the friendliest and coolest thrift shop I have ever been in. A wide variety of items from couches to lamps to construction materials meant that I was able to get a really good deal on some replacement cabinets that would’ve otherwise ended up in a landfill. Employees were super friendly and accommodating.

It's really nice and organized, but Hella EXPENSIVE. No more great thrift store deals, which I feel is bad because they get the stuff thru donations

I always look forward to shop at this location, this time I change my mind. Went in on saturday to look for a bathroom vanity, ask manager for the 50% sale advertised on the outside of the store. I asked for help the manager there took a very long time to come, i waited patiently, when I asked for the 50% sale turn around and said no, it is regular price. My husband spoke to another employee there and she in fact stated it was 50% off. I went to the register to pay, my husband then asked cashier what he needs to do next, cashier had a very bad attitude all he was asking is what to do next to pick up the cabinet not bather to look at his face or nothing gave him the receipt and send him off. Once outside manager came out wanted the cabinet back stated it was $100 dollars not $50. Not right at all. I understand they are busy but why be so mean with a patiently waiting customer. They would not be getting my business any more.

Today I spoke to a beautiful person on the line today. Every question I asked her not one was a d*** question. We laugh and had a great time she gave great info. I will be donating items to the store. If you have anything that you would like to donate there are several ways to do it. Call the store, send pictures to website. and I found out that you can request a pick up.It is always good to help someone who can’t help themselves. Her name is Ashley

Why do things cost more here than they do at Home Depot. What changed? One singular name engraved wine glass for 15$. Yep I wanna buy a wine glass with Bob and sue engraved on it for more than a set would cost at Ross. Lol Are you kidding me? I've been back multiple times hoping that it would go back to being a discount restore, but I guess I just need to give up.I am NOT referring to the new items area. I am referring to the donations section. 400$ for a 3 person couch that has attached cushions.. That style was originally no more than 600$.Save yourself time and frustration and go to the green project. Shoot I would even suggest the Goodwill over this place..
