Harrell Park features a well-lit track that remains free of flooding, making it ideal for training and events. While the park has some issues, such as flooding and mud at the entry gates, limited parking, and a lack of shaded areas, visitors still enjoy its facilities. The park is appreciated for its improvements and serves as a venue for various activities, including sports games.
