Booked a car here, made the trip to the location, turns out there aren’t any cars. Huge hassle, spent the morning dealing with this, very poor customer service.

I booked a car online and got my confirmation number. I showed up and they said there was no car available and that they could do anything to help me. Don't you think they should at least try to help? DON'T GO HERE!

0 Stars. Worst customer service ever. We had a confirmed reservation and were told by the unfriendliest employee that there is no car available. The unprofessionalism and attitude of both customer service agents at this location was absolutely unacceptable. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Terrible experience!! We had a reservation at 11. Until 11:38 am the staff still dealing with our car. He said he can not close that car's precious contract. Then told us he can not do anything about it. He even can not help us cancel our reservation.

Our agent at this location was very friendly and helpful. The process was easy and seem less. The location is convenient and right next to the freeway.

We booked a car weeks in advance and did not read the reviews here (big mistake). Upon arrival at the car rental, we waited for 15 min before we were told by other clients (!) that there were no cars available. We tried to solve the problem but the manager seemed not to care (it's how it is, I cannot change anything, it is always like this). In the end, we booked a car with Enterprise rentals, nearly missed our pre-paid very expensive swamp tour and did not even hear an apology by Hertz. Hopefully we will get our money back. Will never book with Hertz again.

We rented a car and then showed up to pick up the car and they said they didn't have any available cars. They didn't call us or anything. Really bad customer service, they were really rude and not helpful

Horrible staff, worst I've ever seen! No help whatsoever! Got stuck in the middle of a Mardi Gras parade and could not get any employees to at least try to help me to maneuver into the tiny unmarked parking garage door. When I asked politely a SECOND time for some assistance, the youngest dude snarled and screamed that it was '' my problem not his '' !!!! Should have been fired on the spot but of course the ''manager', simply ignored the situation...rent or return vehicles here at your risk and peril !!!

I had prepaid my reservation, but the card I had used had been hacked, so I was trying to swap to a different card for the hold. They told me that I could only use the new card for specific vehicles- midsize and below- which was fine, that’s what I had reserved. However, they were out of those, and said I could go to a different location. We asked three separate times if there was any possibility that we would not be able to use our current reservation at a different location, and each time we were reassured that it would be fine. We get to the airport, and Lo and behold, they canNOT honour the current reservation, and worse, this was now going to count as a no show, so therefore, I would not get a full refund. I called customer service, crying, as without my card, I was in a bit of a rough spot. Thankfully, customer service took pity on me and gave me a refund, and my friend was able to rent a different car though a different agency, but rest assured, I will not be back. If she had not been with me, I would have literally been stranded on the road, with no way to get to my hotel (90 minutes away), or to get a different car. Awful awful situation to leave customers in when you already have their money.

I do not like to leave reviews but feel the need to here. No one really likes having to rent a car and deal with all that but the team here make it about as good an experience as possible. I have been going there most weeks lately and Jordan and honestly all the team there are amazing. I go out of my way to get rentals here now even though it is not as convenient a location. Cannot say enough positive things about the team here.

The worst experience ever in a rental car office. I made a (pre-paid) reservation for a Tesla Model 3, mostly because I wanted to have the maps application, I did not want to use my phone (international rates), very useful. I arrive and they tell me there is no Tesla. I ask if they are offering me something similar (or superior). They say no, a gasoline car, no GPS. I tell them, plese, give me a minute to think about this. They say NO. I must accept immediately or they give my car (pre-paid) to someone else. I tell them this is no way to treat me. They reply, they are NOT renting me any car, I can leave. When I told them how can they do so, if I have a pre-paid rental.. They ask me: Did you pay anything in advance? (they did not even now!) they tell me do not worry, we will give you a refund. I ask them to get a gurantee that I will be refunded, they tell me I should call Hertz on the phone. And they ignored me. So, this was not only disrespectful. This was insulting. I got a refund a few days later (althoug not for 100%: maybe because the exchange rates, but I paid 53 € I got back 51€). I could not believe it. After my reservation,. I kept receiving e-mails from Hertz telling me: "Are you ready to enjoy your Tesla Model 3???". Well, I did not enjoy anyhthing, and I got an insulting and obnoxius treatment. And looking at the reviews, I am not the only one. So, try to avoid!

Awfull experience !I had an online reservation, but when i arrived at the counter, i was said that they do not have the car or any other one !!!And worse, they didn't care at all !!!

I just spoke with Marlon Vance at the front desk, who is a totally incompetent manager. He told us no car’s available and told me he tried to contact me several times. However, my record showed no call from him or the store at all regarding my cancellation neither did he provide an agreeable solution. He refused to give us any contacts or people to report this issue to. Only when we really pushed him did he agree to call his manager. and we are still waiting for a response!!This unexpected situation has cost us $300+ in ticket losses, and booking another trip tomorrow would cost $140 more.

They are trustworthy. But like almost all rental car offices, the staff is not very empathetic. Not very friendly. Rental cars are one of the most stressful places when you are sightseeing. And if you're a foreigner, I won't even tell you.
