I went to the store and they didn't have what I needed. The owner called me when the item I needed came in. It only took one day. Very professional. Nice customer service and very helpful. I recommend house of vinyl for all your sublimation needs. She even told me about transforming my regular printer in to a sublimation printer. I love it. That's True @House of Vinyl
