This location has the worst customer service I've ever received. They have told me "sorry we don't fix lenses" when they scratched my lenses. I never go to this location anymore because they are apathetic and rude when asking general questions about their products. I feel as if they were sent here by corporate for bad or negative reviews because nobody is actually nice enough to talk to or have a sale representative help assist on purchasing items.

As I was visiting Nola, obviously there is a lot to see. To enjoy my surroundings, I bought some shades. This store is locally owned and showcases some local talent as well. The staff was extremely helpful. If you happen to have an opportunity, stop by and take a look at some frames. It's not exactly cheap!

I've had about 4 pair of Krewe glasses in my life. I ordered reading glasses (not cheap) from their site for delivery. It took 2 weeks for them to be delivered to a New Orleans address which was absurd. I work from home and am able to receive deliveries. They were delivered on a Saturday and I was not home when they were delivered and they were stolen off my front porch which I have a Ring Doorbell video showing. Contacted Krewe and the representative with no emotion or sensitivity told that they do not cover lost or stolen items. So essentially, paid a fair amount of money for something I never received or even saw in person. Just be aware of this when ordering from them.

I love Krewe and their designs, I think I have like 10 pairs at this point but Christ almighty I think a significant portion of my salary goes towards their glasses and honestly I wish they would lower prices and/or do more sales. Like $60 just to add on Blue Light Lenses to their already $400 glasses is a bit steep not referencing the labor and cost of the lenses that many other Eyeware shops have it built in. Their new spot is super fresh and honestly a vibe though, so I can see why I keep going back. I just think the prices are exclusively high for the local economy.

I'm a fan for life. Not only because Krewe's glasses are amazing but I had a really great customer experience. Shout out to Drew and Una for the genuine, friendly experience. Can't wait to get more frames when I go back to New Orleans.

Do it! Buy them! Great brand. Second chance policy is godsend. I have 2 pair and looking for more. Had ANOTHER great customer service experience; that's what keeps me loyal-honest, quality service!

Clueless boy sought talented beautiful charming girl next door... and found her! But then needed a great birthday gift to keep her. That's where KREWE came in. The staff was very helpful in helping me select the perfect pair of sunglasses. They looked through Instagram with me to figure out what styles she liked and then gave me suggestions. I left with a great birthday present that made her very happy! Highly recommend.

I broke my sunglasses and thought they would make it a pain to replace. They pulled my receipt up and gave me a brand new pair in under 5 minutes. So easy to deal with.

These sunglasses are poorly made & will fall apart in no time, without any use. The warranty is bogus and the staff is dismissive. I would opt to buy shades elsewhere.

Love Krewe glasses! The in-store experience is great, from the Rose/Frose to the service. I have to give a shout out to Blake. I visited the store on Magazine and on Royal several times - shopping for myself and bringing friends to shop. Blake was AWESOME! He was super helpful at helping us pick out styles to try on and fitting the glasses. He was also just great to talk to and made the experience even better!

For several years my favorite pair of sunglasses has been a pair of Oliviers purchased from the French Quarter store. Last weekend, they fell from my pocket and broke in half at the bridge. Yesterday I visited the Magazine Street store with the halves and walked out five minutes later with a brand new replacement pair thanks to their Second Chance program. And I learned that under current policy, future replacement frames would be only $88. I love it when companies stand behind what they sell. Thank you Krewe!
