Emmanuel was excellent. Top notch customer service. He knew exactly when to come in when we needed him. I am impressed. Thank you Emmanuel.

They had some Tatianas (flavored cigars that should only cost $8 at most) in a case labeled "Cuban Cigars" for $75 next to some of the fakest Cohibas I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Meh. Overpriced cigars. Young cashier lady not very welcoming or friendly. She was watching us hard as if I wanted to shoplift lol. I give them two stars for a large selection and other merchandise.

Look it’s bourbon street you’re gonna overpay for cigars. However and 80th anniversary Padron should cost no more than $30 and they are charging $56. If I wasn’t jonsing for one, I would’ve walked out in a second but it is what it is.

Came to this place few months ago and tried some of their in-house infused cigars… some of the best cigars I ever had ! Came back and had to buy more for my humidor! Great customer service would recommend to anyone looking to buy good cigars ! Will definitely be back again !

Prices are awful. 3x-5x normal price. They also sell fake cuban cigars. Do not buy them. They are awful. No humidity. Anyone that actually knows cigars will stay away from this place. Absolute trash. Not to be supported.

All of the cigars are priced at 3x the average market value. If you’re desperate for a specific brand and don’t mind spending a ton of money, then go ahead. If you’re just looking for an enjoyable and affordable smoke, then go down the street to the cigar factory.

Overpriced. It's robbery. Seriously. It makes no sense. Only people that don't smoke cigars for real would ever shop here.

Highway robbery. Cigar prices outrageous.

Staff was nice. However, this is an open air cigar shop that is not humidity controlled. Definitely not for the serious cigar smoker.

It’s a nice place if you want a quick stop for a cigar, but there are so many options around the town and this is just an average one… still good tho…

Eh, it's a cigar bar and it honestly didn't impress me. Staff was distant and standoffish despite it being a pretty quiet night. It took a few minutes for her to acknowledge us to place our drink order, and then she left with the card and didn't tell us they held on to the credit cards (I don't mind that, but at least when you take it let us know you're holding onto it so we aren't standing there waiting for it). When it was time to close out it took a good 10 minutes to get her attention with maybe 6 other people around because she was at the other end of the bar flirting with this one guy for a very long period of time. We were trying to leave to avoid the impending downpour, but by the time we got our card and closed out we got caught right in the middle of it. Ambiance is that of a smoky club with the neon lights, but it doesn't feel calm and relaxing like I'm used to with cigar bars, and if I'm going to spend $22 for one scotch drink, I'd prefer to be comfortable. Definitely would recommend Dos Jefes instead.
