Earlier today, I called your esteemed establishment to explain an upcoming event that holds great sentimental value to me – a gathering in honor of my late father. This event, laden with emotional significance, carries profound importance in my life. However, the manager abruptly terminated the conversation by stating, "No, we don't do that. You are business." The insensitivity and the manager's dismissive attitude were highly disrespectful and failed to uphold the standards expected from a reputed organization.In any business transaction, it is crucial to remember that it is not solely about the words being spoken, but also about the manner in which they are relayed. Regardless of the circumstances, a respectful tone and approach should always be maintained. Understandably, businesses have limitations and may not be able to cater to every specific request. Nevertheless, it is the duty of an organization, especially its representative, to express this limitation respectfully and civilly.In contrast, dismissing someone's heartfelt request with a curt response undermines the trust and goodwill that a company seeks to establish.Respect is an indispensable aspect of conducting business. It goes hand in hand with professionalism and builds the foundation for long-lasting customer relationships. I hope that companies across all industries will recognize the immense significance of respect in their interactions with customers, thereby forging meaningful connections and fostering a reputation of excellence.

I was limited on time and had to get some documents printed out ASAP. Usually the larger companies that do printing services still take an hour to get anything done so I called Laredo and immediately they printed the documents for me. Amazing customer service and the quality is perfect. Thanks y’all! Will definitely be back

We needed some last minute printing for an event in New Orleans, and Fred and his team pulled through 1000%. They were amazing! I did all coordination via email/phone, and he knew exactly how to make things work. Highly recommend.

The customer service here is embarrassing. Why would someone come to a local print shop that is more expensive and a bigger hassle? Because some of us like to support local businesses, unfortunately with rude customer service like this, I have to change my mind

Laredo is the example of why you should choose small, local business over the big box stores. I had a work emergency and he was able to handle it when nobody else could. They're first on my list for any printing needs.

Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately thought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.
