Spent over $500 on a bottle of perfume for the wife. Completely smells different on her than the one sampled in the store. Wore it only twice. Called to see if I could get a refund or exchange. Told me no because it was opened. Over priced garbage!!

The worse customer service that I ever experienced. The workers was very rude and inconsiderate. The security guard made me feel so uncomfortable she walked from the other side of the story and watched me the entire time. I picked up a shoes and she scream at me and nearly yanked it out my hands. She continue to watch and stare at me as if I was a thief and about to run off and steal the shoe. To top it off I felt it was very racist as well as we were skipped over and had to wait over 40 minutes to receive service. While all the whites in the store was cater to like royalty the worse do not go there if don’t want to be treated like trash.

Louis Vuitton online shipped us a wallet what upon arrival was clearly saturated in liquid based on the appearance of the outward packaging - based on its appearance we refused delivery - LVMH customer service is worse that any other business I have purchased from - they will not process a replacement or a refund without waiting 14 days - They charge the customer and hold their funds for an item that was never delivered to the customer. They pretend to be seeking a resolution with a “resolution specialist” who is incapable of anything other than parroting a 14 day refund policy for an item never received - and to think these people are the “highest level” point of contact for the customer. Multiple promised return calls not received - no alternate resolution ever proposed - THE WORST SERVICE EVER - never buy online!

We found the Louis Vuitton to be a beautiful store with a lot of very nice products. We have made purchases at this store in the past and at other stores. Unfortunately the service at this store and at this time was a bit lacking. We walked in intending to purchase a purse and eventually left without making a purchase because we were not waited on. We’ll try another store.

Loved the location of the store it was beautiful. The store was very clean & the bags were displayed nicely. Josh was extremely helpful and was the first person to assist us. He was very patient and kind.

Phares was knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate him talking time to talk to my daughters about fashion and questions they had too, as the are just discovering how much they love Louis Vuitton Thanks for a great experience.

If I was able to give 0 i would! I have been to other LVs and this one by far has been the worst! My husband went in to purchase a bag for me, the bag was unavailable at store. I go online I see it available and the sales girl tells him no theyre out of stock and will never have them again. Lies lies. On another occasion I went to exchange a pair of sandals my husband bought for me because they were too big, the person taking care of us at the time took my box and just turned it over to some one else without letting us know what was going on. While waiting for the exchange I asked to see a particular shoe for my husband and was denied. Once the “manager” saw our profile he went ahead and decided to show us whatever we wanted to! This is racism at its best. I will never shop at this store again. I hope LV can look into this store and its employees as it is making the brans look bad!
