Service? What service, I stood and walked around appliance department 20 min. Waiting on help. I asked a guy in vest if he worked here. His response was "no". I asked him how come he has the Lowes Vest on. His response was "oh I don't work in this department". I asked if he could call someone. Said "ok" and walked off into the sunset. Waited a while longer. Saw another vested person. Said they could call someone (felt like Deja vu). I him told never mind and end of story. Service has gone down . Been shopping there for years.

I would have given my experience zero stars if I could. I'm dismayed to share my experience with Lowe's due to a series of unfortunate events initiated by an employee named Darren. In February 2023, I purchased two doors (1 storm, 1 security) from Lowe's to replace doors on my mother's home. Darren handled the paperwork and measurements, but after the payment, there was no communication until we reached out to Lowe's for an update. Strike 1: A few weeks later, we discovered Darren hadn't even entered the order into the system. Despite this setback, we chose to move forward. Strike 2: Upon a subsequent follow-up, we learned the doors had still not been ordered. Despite our frustration, we decided to persevere, now three months into the process. Strike 3: In June, a Lowe's manager apologized for the ongoing issues and promised a 40% discount for the inconvenience. However, the problems persisted. Strike 4: Lowe's requested new measurements in July and August, causing further delays. Strike 5: As of October 31, 2023, the process that began on February 15 had not concluded. We contacted Lowe's for an update, only to be informed that the order had been canceled months ago at our request, with a refund issued. In my visit to the store, I spoke with Mr. Rob and Ms. Mildred, who were understanding and professional. I then discussed the matter with the store manager, Jay, expressing my desire for the doors rather than a refund. Jay pledged to resolve the issue, and I await a resolution. It is perplexing how an employee could unilaterally cancel an order due to their own shortcomings without notifying us. While I believe this store may deserve a higher rating overall, I caution against seeking assistance from Darren.

After seeing a mouse in our home we were panicking and went to Lowe's to see what options there were to help get rid of the issue. While there, Nathaniel asked if we needed help and offered us a lot of helpful suggestions and advice on what our options were for traps, repellent, poison, etc. I showed up being scared of dealing with the issue and left feeling empowered to tackle the problem head on. Not to mention, everyone I have encountered in my many times here has always been helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this store! Have used it for appliance purchases and delivery, paint, and lightning and have no complaints. To the negative reviews, seems they are primarily related to the curbside pick up. I say go inside and get your items if your able. And to the store, free up parking at the front by doing away with most of the pick up spots. They are always empty.

This place is always a chaotic mess. I bought one shower curtain rod there, got it home, realized it was broken, and went to exchange it. I thought the new one looked fine, but it ended up being broken, too. At least they let me return both. My husband says nothing is ever in the right place there, and I have noticed that a lot of things are out of stock.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. I received the email telling me the order was ready for pickup. I used the app to notify them that I was OTW. Got there, checked in. Waited about 10 minutes.....no response. Called the store...the woman told me I would have to come into the store because of this that and the other. Told her I could not....so then I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes while she would "try to contact the internet dept". She never came back to the phone. When I hung up and called back NO ONE ANSWERED! Twice! If the store isn't staffed for curbside pickup then DON'T OFFER IT at checkout. Automation can't possibly be any worse than this.

One should not have to wait for over one hour and 20 minutes in curbside pickup for items I was called on from the store to come pick up. I like that it's near my house, but their online servicing (that is supposed to be more convenient) is a joke. This is not the first time I've had this issue with this store.

I love the store I have gone to other Lowe's and people can't be bothered to help with this store has always helped recommended things to help my projects and that's why I call this store my Lowe's! Today's project was plants that will survive on my shaded porch. I should've got the gentleman's name in the garden area very tall man and very knowledgeable. Want me around and showed me some options and this is what we came up with.

Most of the time they have everything you need in stock on the self. It is clean and organized and almost almost always the staff is helpful.

I really feel like I've been treated horribly by this place. Still waiting on 2 appliances that were supposed to be delivered since 11/5/22. No one answers the phone. The customer service line "is a joke". Not sure what is going on. I was charged for items I have never received. Promises of calls to resolve the issue or of expected deliveries : all outright lies! Exasperating .

This was the worst hiring process I've ever experienced. The overall experience was disappointing and very unprofessional. I been going through the hiring process for 3 weeks, did a background check as well as a drug screening, got offered the position, starting pay and all. I called the store to check on my hiring status and Cam the person who does the schedules told me that he has to wait on the hiring manager to get back the next day because he's on vacation and that he'll give me a call back whenever he hears from the HM. I get a call two days after saying that I passed all the screenings and that I can't get hired because of a "hiring freeze". He says that I could work at a different Lowes but that store was the closest and most convenient. I called today to ask if I could speak to the hiring manager and to ask why I'm just now getting notified about all of this when I could've gotten informed prior to me going through the whole process. Cam gave me attitude as well as telling me that he was the hiring manager. So was the whole "the hiring manager is on vacation" thing a lie??? I wasted my time with them thinking that I secured the position when I could've applied somewhere else and would have started working already but instead I got the run around.
