The machines were dirty and lots of smears on the front of the machines. The floor was dirty, needs a good mopping. The attendant was behind the counter looking at something on her phone. She should be cleaning the place. I sanitized the machines I used before I put my clothes in the washer and dryer. I will not come back here again

The machine broke mid-cycle and the lady actually yelled at me because I dripped water on the floor (mid-cycle/ the clothes had not got to spin yet and were full of water) and I had to put them in a different washer to finish washing them. She gave me the money for the new wash. I can deal with run-down. My expectations for doing laundry is that it should be a peaceful experience. Rule of the ninja: Let go of expectations. But I so much do not like being yelled at.

Clean, lots of machines. Attendant on duty. Takes quarters. Has a change machine for large bills (gives you 5's) and a change machine for quarters (10s, 5s, 1s). Will definitely be back

This place is clean, the staff are friendly and smiling. The establishment is clean. They offer a restroom unlike other laundromat’s.

machines took my money and the washer door didnt want to close. i ask for assistance and the lady who works there looked at me as if i was incompetent and being to yell at me that i needed to close the door! which i tried numerous times before asking for her help! very rude and unprofessional. do not work in a field of public service if you have a problem with helping people. never again

I came by here 20 minutes before they closed and asked if I could use a drier for 10-15 minutes and the woman working there told me no. I understand they were about to close soon but my clothes were almost dry because I had laid them out to dry earlier in the day. I only needed 10-15 minutes for them to dry and I pleaded with her to let me use a drier quickly but she said no. I understand she wanted to leave but there was another person still drying and if your not going to stay open till 8 the don't advertise that you stay open till 8. Change your closing time to 7:30 if your gonna close at 7:40. Won't be going there again.

Clean place. The machines are new and work very well. The dryers will dry load in 30 minutes, flat.
