“India, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right labs requested. She also took care to make me as comfortable as possible.”
“Had total knee replacement on June 27, 2022. This was my first time ever having any type of surgery there. The surgical nurses took great care of me and made sure that my wife was kept updated throughout my surgery. After surgery I woke up in my room. The nurses on the fourth floor made sure that I was kept comfortable and checked on me the entire night. The Physical Therapist made sure to come and get me out of bed and walking down the hallway. He did this after my surgery and twice the next day when I left to go home. I would recommend Crescent City Surgical Centre to anyone that needs a joint replacement.”
“If you have a choice in a pre-employment drug screen, go to TDAL. The facility is clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff are friendly, courteous, informative, and professional, too. They made what could have been an unpleasant experience much nicer! Thanks!”
“Make sure you bring a mask with you!! I had to walk back to my car for one but no problem. Pretty simple quick process..You provide your ID, the drug test paper, and urinate. Following that, you provide additional basic info and that’s it. It is a small office so there’s no choice for it to “appear” that someone is listening to you lol but I didn’t have that experience. Plus, with knowing it’s a tight space, it didn’t bother me either way. Easy to locate and the bathroom didn’t have any odor and was clean!”

“I had my labs drawn here while visiting from out of town, and the experience was exceptional. I’ve never encountered such kindness and positivity during a lab visit. The team was incredibly caring, and I’m so grateful for their warmth and professionalism.”
“Always quick in and out. The phlembotanist are good at sticking as painless as possible. I wish the cost to have someone come out to the house was more affordable ($40-50 instead of $80)”
