“This Quest lab is inside the LSU clinic at 478 S Johnson. I've had one good experience and one bad. There is a Friday afternoon tech who had an attitude and very painful with the blood draw. What is strange is that the lab techs try to act as bullying collection agencies as well. Before they take a sample, they look up your account and say you owe $xxx. They don't give you a bill. They just say they want the money and they threaten you that if you don't pay, Quest won't do services for you. Also, the lab tech will not use Covid safety measures like washing hands after picking up her 1pm lunch or offer hand sanitizer. Shame The lab tech was rude and did not have a greeting. She wore no name tag. I asked her if she was vaccinated. She said she was and added "you're here now and there's nothing you can do about it." Closed for Lunch: 1-1:30pm but she'll be late anyway”

“Had total knee replacement on June 27, 2022. This was my first time ever having any type of surgery there. The surgical nurses took great care of me and made sure that my wife was kept updated throughout my surgery. After surgery I woke up in my room. The nurses on the fourth floor made sure that I was kept comfortable and checked on me the entire night. The Physical Therapist made sure to come and get me out of bed and walking down the hallway. He did this after my surgery and twice the next day when I left to go home. I would recommend Crescent City Surgical Centre to anyone that needs a joint replacement.”

“I had to get screened for work. The location is central, the employees are nice, and it seemed like no time at all. They handle most types of testing from what I could gather. Would highly recommend to anyone, but they're located in the Elmwood area.”

“If you have a choice in a pre-employment drug screen, go to TDAL. The facility is clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff are friendly, courteous, informative, and professional, too. They made what could have been an unpleasant experience much nicer! Thanks!”

“OMG . My experience today was "EPIC" . Meaning my phebotomist ( Myreaka Goins ) was the "Best" . Let me tell you my story . I was hospitalized for 25 days . Lost my veins, and it has been tough for them to draw blood . Some many sticks . It only took her 1 and I mean 1 time to draw . No bruising at all .Not like this lady Brittany at the location at Veterans and Cleary 3 sticks . The worst even . ?. Myreaka Goins needs a raise, and she needs to teach the rest to look for the Right veins to avoid multiple sticks . Love ❤️ and God bless you, my dear Myreaka Goins .”
