Took my car here to have a fan replaced and had to leave if over the weekend. It rained and they must have left a window open. They told me I had a small amount of water leakage and that it must have come through the windshield. This is not the case as it’s rained several times since then and I have no leaks. The front of my car has mildew now and all of the documents I kept in my glove box were completely ruined.

My son's car needed an oil change and I wanted it done before I went home out of state. Vincent was able to accommodate my schedule and get it done early one morning. Also, the car, a VW Golf TDI, requires a 507.00 spec motor oil which is not stocked in most garages but this Midas did have it. Vincent looked up the specs for the car and I know they were followed by his mechanic.Service: Oil change

They advertise a free brake inspection, but when you get there they charge $40. Dropped car off, went to work. No call from shop that day. Next day I called Midas about status, they said they haven't even looked at it. Waited until end of next day, still no status call. I called them, they said still haven't looked at my car yet! I immediately went and picked up my car. Horrible service!

I went to fix the exhaustion of my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I wasn’t notified of the fee for checking if they were able to perform the job, yet I was charged $75 for the test. They were asking over $2,000, while other mechanics asked me $900.This place is expensive and they will not tell you about hidden fees.

Brought my teenage son’s used car that we just bought for an oil change and specifically asked for the complimentary “closer look” inspection. When I picked it up, asked the guy if all was fine with the car and he said, “oh yeah.” I specifically asked if the headlights are fine. “Oh yeah.” We already knew the right headlight wasn’t working. They didn’t even check the lights. Closer look? You think they bothered to check belts and hoses? Engine? Fluid levels? They didn’t bother looking at all. No wonder it wasn’t reflected on the invoice. But they advertise left and right that’s what they always do to give you a peace of mind. I just hope they at least actually changed the oil. Not betting on it. That crook that runs the place should lose his Midas franchise license. Otherwise, their brand is like him—dishonest and completely unreliable.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Vincent, the guy that runs the shop is brilliant. Knowledgeable and pretty friendly(for a mechanic). He’s the 3rd generation to run the place, dating from when his grandad started it over 50 years ago. It’ll be my go-to as long as he’s there.

Took my car in because oil was seeping into my ignition cylinders. What my car needed was a new valve cover gasket. What they did was supposedly clean out the cylinder. Which wasn’t actually done and charged me a $157 diagnostic fee without diagnosing the problem. They refused to correct their errors in any way. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere. They lack educated technicians.

I would give 5 stars just for Vincent at the front desk. He was very friendly and professional. Even when I called the next day about my issue he was very considerate and thanked me for calling in to report my issue. The tech was Devyn per my invoice. When I dropped my car off I had a few items on my seat, a note book, wired headphones and an ink pen. Now when I got my car back home I was in search of all those items, I searched every where until later that evening I just said check the glovebox because where else could they be unless stolen. I try to open the glove box and it's hard to open, that had never happened before, I opened it finally and my notebook exploded out of the glove box because it was literally jammed in & folded horribly. I have an Infiniti g37, glove box is tiny by the way but I also had two pair of shades neatly placed in my glove box, obviously Devyn didn't care and damaged both of my sunglasses in the process. So then I'm thinking why is he even in my glove box so I called and they told me to check the cabin filter, the cabin filter isn't even in the glove box for this model. Finally I'm getting ready to leave town and my trunk won't open at all, I had no issues with my trunk at all prior to Devyn servicing my vehicle. After searching the net to no avail, I ended up going to the dealership & being charged for diagnostic. They reveal that there is a button in my glove box that can disable the trunk. I'll place a picture to show you the button but just imagine how careless and rough you'd have to be to someone's property to press this button by mistake! Then if you did it intentionally, why ? I may go back only because of Vincent. The end

I had my tires changed and 75 miles later my TPMS light came on. I returned to the store and was told the batteries were dead in two tires. The sensors were replaced two years prior and have a ten year life span. I took my truck to another shop and they showed me the broken sensors, so I had all 4 replaced. They also rebalanced my wheels since the tech at Midas used 16 weights. So I’m out the extra time off work and cost of 4 sensors and rebalancing.

I have a very old 5 speed truck (1998) and everyone there went above and beyond to fix the gear shifter. Long story short even something 20+ years old Vincent and crew can fix it just give them the time. 2 thumbs up
