This place is too much culinary fun to miss! How could you not want to try well made food that is a creative fusion of Vietnamese, Cajun, some Thai and even Indian elements? We had the coconut queso which was very OMG, the fried wings Nuac Mam sauce (juicy, crispy, intense with the sour/salty/sweet - I'd get them again but try the Vindaloo style next time out of curiosity), the chicken pho (wonderful!), and the daily special pork pho which has something like 7 different kinds of pork including belly, bacon, roasted, etc.My only regret was getting the pork pho, it was just too intense for me where I felt unwell eating it even though it was beautifully made. Too hardcore lardcore for me! I felt like it was more a dish made to satisfy a dare, but I bet there are plenty of folk out there ready to throw down a 7 different pork pho - and to you, I say I dare you to get it here!We drove out from out hotel in the Central Business District, and while this restaurant is in a quiet strip mall by a US military recruiting center, the neighborhood it is in is very cute. Full of charming small historic house getting spruced up by young adults, very hip. It was a neighborhood full of the right clientele to appreciate a vivid and offbeat place like this.

Hangover II pho and chicken pho are really good. Bun was so-so, kind of expensive and the bun itself was a little stiff/dry

Some of the best pho in the city. I've never had anything I didn't like from here...excellent menu choices, vegetarian options and the small plates are perfect for sharing. One of my favorite casual restaurants in the city.

We had a large party and no reservations. We were seated at 2 tables, several tables away, which was perfectly fine ?We were still two 5 tops, and my table was next to a 12 top, we shared a server with the 12 top. ?The food was spectacular. I mean really next level in creativity, flavor combinations, and presentation(my mouth is watering and it has been three weeks since I was there). We shared some appetizers: coconut milk queso served with shrimp crackers, pork rinds, and cracklins; and hot honey vindaloo wings. The queso was phenomenal creamy, cheesy, coconut and the shrimp crackers were the perfect crispy crunchy compliment. The wings were my favorite ? absolute favorite part of the meal. They were lightly crispy but still the light crust held up to the sauce that was thick and sticky and spicy and sweet and hot...For main courses my companions had an assortment of steamed buns, and po boys, and I had the sweet soy glazed shrimp bowl. We were all very happy with our dishes, but we are all still talking about the apps. :) ?Sadly, our server didn't have time for us, the food had a good kick to it but our waters were never refilled, the food was dropped and she never came back to check on us, she dropped the check, singular, didn't ask if we wanted separate, our other table was offered separate checks, so it wasn't a policy, and then never came back to take the payment, we had to chase down the manager who clearly didn't understand how swamped our poor server was. ?The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and we all enjoyed our one and only meal in NOLA.I have already recommended to several people. ?

Well, well, well-Good Pho at the airport. This place is good enough for you to want to come eat here and not take a flight lol. Veggie option was awesome. Some of the best Pho I’ve eatin. I’m not flexing on ya kinfolk. Added extra veggies. The greens and eggplant were perfect. My goodness. Fair price $15 bowl. I’ve been eating crazy on vacation so I’m glad they had a good different option. Nice seating and even music vibes. Shoutout to New Orleans from a GA fella. Order your food from bar. Bartender was a lil tight, a smile goes a long way. Overall good experience.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pho take out the Tofu add more veggies if you’re hungry

Oysters were cold. Chicken bites cold. Curry chicken wings were cold. Everything we had was cold. Horrible experience. I won't ever eat there again!! How do you send out cold food?! Nothing was dropped to order. Oysters take 2 minutes to cook!! Those bites are about a minute to cook!! Come on. I'm a cook so this is Unacceptable. 1 Star review!

Prepare your taste buds for a wild ride at this unconventional gem! If you're seeking traditional pho or the usual Vietnamese fare, look elsewhere. For those craving tradition, there are plenty of other places in town. But if you're after bold, inventive flavors that push boundaries, this is your spot! The flavors here are anything but typical, yet somehow they harmonize beautifully. I personally order the Hangover Pho, Nuoc Mam Caramel Wings, and Green Beans every single time. Can't wait to go back!
