The lot across the street is not paved or leveled, so it feels like the rest of the city w/potholes. The service was good surprisingly after reading the previous reviews. But the wait to see a customer rep was about 20-30 min. I forget her name, but it took less than 10 minutes to complete the transaction and she was very nice and helpful.”
