Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived at the facility no one was there and no one was answering the phone. I would book some place else.

Basically cured one of the worst hangovers I have ever had. Extremely worth it!! Instantly hydrated me after not being able to keep anything down for hours. The two guys who helped me out were very nice and clearly very experienced in what they were doing!

I had an AMAZING experience at Natural Elements. Jason Taylor and John Louis are both extremely accommodating. I called at 9 a.m. and they were able to squeeze me in for 10:30 a.m. I got the super hangover and the entire process was about 45 minutes (very time efficient). I strongly recommend getting hydrated here. Best of luck to this growing business!

Went for a hangover IV session as you do in Nola... facilities are pretty basic and not as nice as the other locations around the city. Prices are okay but can find better experiences elsewhere that feel more luxurious in my opinion.

Hours later I still feel AH-mazing!! The concept of IVs are new to me but I was interested in the hydration IV cause I know I do not drink enough water. I felt my body hydrating before the IV was done and my trip was quick cause my body was so severely dehydrated it drank up that IV in like 20 mins! I added b12 for energy and immunity boost cause Covid is still alive and well. I feel amazing. Staff was nice professional and knowledgeable. Also I liked that we had entertainment available while we were waiting. I'm planning on coming back in a few days before I leave and will come back again next time I'm in New Orleans!

Owner promptly responded to an after hours call and a same day appointment was scheduled later that evening. The facility was very clean and well kept, very relaxing. The nurse made us feel at ease.

SCAM! Do not buy into it, this place is a joke. They are no longer at the address advertised. Their new location is on the second floor of a gym and it is filthy. It looks nothing like the photos shown on Yelp. I got the hangover IV drip, paid $240 in cash for the treatment, and honestly only felt worse afterwards. Go anywhere else.

We booked our appointments online and selected the 9:15 and 9:30am time slots. We arrived at 9:10 to find the doors locked and the lights off. Their store hours said they don’t open until 9:30 even though they accept 9:15 appointments… Annoying but nothing to get upset about, we had time to wait. So we waited until 9:50 and no one ever showed up. We called several times and never got any response. Not sure what happened but I’m glad we took our money elsewhere because looking through the window it looks like a poorly kept concrete room with two chairs and no privacy.

I mean.. I felt better after the IV but this was seriously the worst IV experience I’ve had by a mile. Out of towners: This is absolutely nothing like your local “IV therapy Wellness” clinic, of which there are dozens in every other major city I’ve ever been to. It’s literally a barren storefront room with six chairs. That’s literally all it is. Several people with an appointment walked in and then left while we were there. Probably a good idea. The one and only employee on staff was really sweet but as you can see, butchered my injection site. Bad. I’ve been doing IV therapy for years and I’ve never had anything like this happen. She inserted the IV very low on my arm for some reason and it began to hurt a lot toward the end of the treatment. It was also over $400 for my husband and I, which is significantly more than what we pay in a the expensive city we live in at a world-class health spa. An entrepreneur could make a killing opening a better IV hydration clinic, especially closer to the French Quarter.
