Overnight Parking/Next To Fence, near train tracks. TA Express #480/Free Parking 16 miles away.
Every Other Truck Stops Around Is Pay Parking.
401 Felicity St, New Orleans, LA 70130/THE PORT ENTRANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET HERE! This place is inside the Port. YOU WILL NEED A TWIC CARD to gain access inside Port, If you don’t have one The Port Entrance/Guard Shack will provide you an Escort, That will cost $215! Once you go through The Port Entrance/Guard Shack, you can then use google maps the rest of the way to get here.
I arrived at 10:30am, for my 5pm-9pm appointment. Went around back, next to dock 4 is Shipping & Receiving Office to check in. Office said to come back at 5pm for my appointment. 4:15pm, I heard honking then a knock at my door by yard dog to go to a dock door. Opened trailer doors, slide tandems to rear, and backed into door. Walked back to Receiving Office to give my bills, yard dog forget to ask me for my bills. 8:35pm, warehouse worker came and handed me back bills. (Didn’t sign off on my bills, went back to get signature) I’m done being unloaded.

If you don’t have a TWIC card, you will need an escort. 214.36 with a 3 dollar fee through Relay, so 217.36 total. Payable by comcheck/relay. The need for an escort
Is implemented by Ports of America, not Lineage.. Go one star review them if you disagree with it.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the port and you must have a real valid drivers license. Pictures, copies, or any kind of tampering will not be accepted per Ports of America Policy.
Put 401 Felicity St. New Orleans, LA 70130
in your google maps and it will take you to the port entrance. Then call the shipping office and you will be taken care of. Policy dictates escorts have priority to free up the 3rd party escort service to escort more trucks and limit traffic at the front of the port, as several companies also have inbound trucks at all hours.
Daytime receiving hours are 0700-1400 and they take the majority of frozen loads. Night time primarily takes fresh loads and receiving hours are 1730-2300. This location is operational Monday-Friday for daytime receiving and Tuesday-Saturday for night time receiving. Meaning there is no day shift on Saturday and no night shift Monday.

Had a TWIC issue that prevented me from getting in early. Called in 30 min before my appointment and Lineage set me up with an escort paid through Relay and got me in and out super quick with zero issues. The loading docks are wide and easy to hit. Lineage could not possibly make this any easier, so I don't understand all of the negative reviews.

They know this place is hard to get into with a Semi Truck. That's why the late fee was $200.00 and it cost me time from saturday to tuesday. The driver next to me needed an Escort so it was $200.00 for late fee and $300.00 for the escort. They're making a lot of money for nothing. Ripping off truck drivers. They do bad business just don't come here. It's not worth the headache.

4 stars just for the headache of escorting!
Other than that all was good pretty fast unloading! Don’t follow your gps once you get to felecity keep going straight through the light. DONT MAKE A RIGHT. And search in google for lineage and call them to send you an escort if you don’t have a TWIC card! You will have to pay about 200 escort fee

Can’t get ahold of anybody at the facility. I had an 8:00 appointment on Saturday called my dispatch for an escort and none available to take me back there. Been going around in circles trying to find someone to take me back to lineage. Emails have been sent and no reply. So I guess no load for you till Monday. You are at a port ports are 24/7 why for the love of Pete are there not any escorts available on the weekends.

I've been here a couple of times, restroom is disgusting. If you have a twic card and need directions, here you go:Put 402 Felicity Street on your GPS, that'll put you at the port entrance.Go in through the guard shack and go all the way to the end, it'll be a truck turn around. There at the end at the turn around there's another guard shack, go through that guard shack and turn right.Go to the stop sign and turn right.Go all the way down to the end and Lineage will be on the left. Go on the back side docks the ones facing terminal drive to find the shipping office to check in.
