Can anyone actually enjoy having their blood taken? Well if I tell you that the best Phlebotomist is located at this Ochsner location. I'll eat my shoes if she isn't. Recently I developed a condition that required me to have my blood drawn every 3 weeks over a period of 6 months and a few more in between. I tell you it never hurt, this woman knows her stuff. Stick it to me anytime, Ill hold out my arm for you any day of the week.

very unprofessional just called the office to schedule my primary dr.anwar the lady on the desk was very unprofessional told me my insurance is not welcomed in there clinic her name is Angela..told her i have been with oschner and want to be seen but she came back with an attitude and said we are full..Dr.anwar my insurance card has ur name as my primary dr why dont yall call the insurance company and tell them you dont want any more patients..so sad hope i can get a response

Started using this facility a few years ago. Love it here. I've only seen 2 doctors here (1 transferred) and they've both been great. I recently transferred my kids here because its so wonderful. The staff is also great. I haven't had any negative experiences here and pray it stays that way.

THE BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE CONCERNING MY HEALTH CARE CHOICE WAS,HAVING DR. LOMBARD AT THE ALGERIS OSHNER LOCATION, MY PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.DR.LOMBARDS STAFF ARE THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH MEDICAL TEAM YOU COULD EVER HOPE TO HAVE AT YOUR SIDE.MY PREVIOUS VISIT TO HIS OFFICE WAS AS USUAL, WAS THROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. DR. LOMBARD TAKES HIS TIME WITH ME AS WELL AS HE DOES WITH ALL OF HIS PAIENTS .DR.LOMBARD IS REMINISCENT OF THE OLD DAYS WHEN YOU ARE TREATED AS A PERSON AND NOT ANOTHER TIME SLOT,,THE ONLY THING MISSING IS THE BLACK BAG DOCTORS USED TO CARRY ON HOUSE CALLS,,OH,YEAH I GO THAT FAR BACK.IN CONCLUSION ,OSHNER IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY PATHWAY TO GOOD HEALTH...CARLOS MARCIANTE

Very efficient and friendly staff. Jasmine the receptionist was great. In and out for a Covid test pre surgery. Very nice building and convenient location. Lots of parking.

My most recent visit to the Ochsner site in Algiers was pleasant and effective. From the moment I stepped into the waiting area, the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. The visit with my primary care physician, Dr. Azikiwe Lombard, was effective because all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. He was professional and took the time necessary to cover every area of concern about my health. I like Dr. Lombard because he takes time with his patients, and he shows a genuine concern for their health and well-being. A very pleasant nurse gave me my annual flu shot. I never feel the stick! I also needed to have blood work done. The technician was professional, patient, and kind, making me feel relaxed. I didn't even feel that needle going into my vein as she drew 3 tubes of blood. The personnel at this facility met my needs and made my visit a rewarding experience!

My visit to see Dr. Azikiwe Lombard was wonderful. He is kind, caring, funny and easy to talk to. The staff was also friendly and helpful.One of the best features was the parking lot check in process. During this time, any measures to limit contact is a good idea and Ochsner is doing a bang up job in this area.I am very happy with the experience.
