I am quite satisfied with their service. But I have a few suggestions/comments.This place definitely needs a training in diversity, inclusiveness. The energy, greeting and encouragement are little different for people of color. I felt out of place and very alien. Terms like 'Othering' for example, they need to be careful about.Possibly they do not do it on purpose. May be they just don't have exposure and the broader overview of different people. Not everyone is well traveled and diverse, but there are multiple courses that would do world of good to this place.

Love the help I’m receiving from attending. The staff are very patient with you, they ask you if anything has changed and about your level of pain. If you are having pain during your session just let them know. I’m have a great experience with physical therapy.I thank the staff for being there and helping me through my journey.

I began PT before my 80th BD to master the use of a cane. My therapist started me on a plan to strengthen a weak hip which was throwing me off balance. She also worked with me to perform everyday functions I no longer thought possible. I continue to do the exercises at home and am thrilled to see continued improvement. The staff at Tchoupitoulas Outpatient Rehab are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and amiable. I am so excited with my progress I tell everyone I know/meet to encourage seniors to consult with a therapist. Truly amazing what you can do. Who knew I could stand from a seated position without any aide, kneel, or even ride a bike?

Great care and friendly staff. The only thing I could do without is the new check in kiosk. They could toss that in the river and be better for it. Not worth knocking off a star for quality of care and staff, however.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a medical practice in years. The staff is both kind and professional and treated me (and my time!) with courtesy and respect.

My PCP is Dr. Prya Velu, and she was awesome as usual. She had a solution to my issue, one I had not even thought of. The nurse who gave me an injection, and the lab tech who took my blood, were both great too. The problem was the medical assistant who checked me in. I could see my pulse rate on the gadget with my own eyes. But she transposed the numbers that she entered in my chart. She fumbled badly while taking my BP, and then entered numbers that were different from the ones she told me verbally in my chart. She clearly needs more training.
