I visited Urgent Care yesterday afternoon after being misdiagnosed while out of town. I was the only person there, however the receptionist (who was there around noon) seemed irritated by my presence. Instead of asking why I was there, she abruptly asked me if I had medical insurance and identification. She seemed distracted by her food delivery order and watching TikTok on her phone. Her demeanor was dismissive and cold. Not someone who should be checking in patients who are feeling unwell. I won’t be back and do not recommend this particular urgent care to anyone.

I’m from out of town and here in New Orleans to start a cruise. I had a small issue that I thought might become much worse on the cruise. It is a walk in clinic, so there was a wait. It was not a long wait, though. I found the staff exceptionally pleasant and caring. The clinic was also transparent about my cost. Overall, A+

Very welcoming staff - made me feel extremely comfortable- fast I don’t think I was there for 30mins. Reliable medical services, best urgent care facility I’ve been too in a while.

Great for regular urgent care. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OCCUPATIONAL! Info on both below:Regular urgent care: saw me quickly and gave me the exact treatment I needed and was very professional, kind, helped etc.Occupational: they didn't get my paperwork or just couldn't find it. Certainly it could be that they were never sent it. But it was very clear that the receptionist had little to no experience with occupational health and had no idea what to do. I got peppered with a lot of questions that were not helpful, abrasive, and intrusive, and I was blamed for not having the paperwork on me. If the mistake was in my/employer's end then they would have known exactly what was wrong and what to do, rather than holding me hostage while they tried to figure it out and blaming me.

the staff here is amazing! visiting this past weekend, i had a horrible allergic reaction to something, and my eye was almost completely swollen shut. my husband and i showed up at 3:30pm on a saturday afternoon and i was the only patient there. we were in and out with a steroid shot, a plan of OTC meds for the next few days, and was in 20-30 minutes. the doctor was amazing, as well as all of the nurses and front desk staff. if you are ever in New Orleans and run into an issue, this place is absolutely great.

Dr. Nguyen used incredible empathy and connecting the dots to figure out a serious medical problem I have been suffering from for my entire life. Wonderful MA, wonderful Doctor. So friendly and high quality, worth the wait. I wish this team were available in my home state. Thank you!

Dr. Rathor stitched up my chin after I split it open in a bike accident. When the stitches were removed, my doctor said once to me (then twice more under her breath), something along the lines of, "wow, she did a really good job." Sincerely, thanks for helping me with the hole in my face!

I was in New Orleans for a wedding and had a medical issue and fortunately this urgent care was open on a Saturday morning. Luckily the doctor on duty was amazing and Ingrid the PA physicians assistant was flawless also. I did not expect such a positive experience after smashing my toe and being in pain. Both the doctor and PA were very thorough and made sure they handled the situation with great care and expertise. I promised to write them a five star review because they deserve it!

Came in today with an issue and Dr. Emily Burke was amazing! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I went to Concentra Urgent Care first and the wait was 3-4hrs. No thank you. So glad I found Ochshner.

Long wait, overall unhappy with care. The first time I had to wait over an hour and 20 minutes. I asked for a shot or antibiotics and was given neither. I had to come back 2 later because still sick and had to pay all the same co-pays and fees again. Very unsatisfied.

Worst decision of my life to visit this Urgent Care. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety since the day I learned that I didn’t receive the correct results from testing done at this facility a year later. I filed a complaint but was told Dr. Nikolic wasn’t at fault. I had health insurance when I visited this office but lost my job and no longer have a way to be treated. My mental health has been devastated by my experience at this Urgent Care. Please proceed with caution but I would highly recommend not stepping a foot in this place...

If you're looking for a quick and easy urgent care, this would be the place to go to in the warehouse/cbd area. The staff here are professional and gives you the best care. Facility is super clean. Check in went smoothly. They do not accept medicaid here. Street parking.
