Went to pick up my vehicle from this repair shop and the owner has helpers that are not mechanics working on cars. The young man that worked on my vehicle couldn't find my screws to bolt my parts back down under the hood where he'd been working. Then there was a part taken off my car and has yet been put back on. My bumper clips weren't replaced properly after it was changed upon being repaired. Upon looking under the vehicle by the tire I could see where it was rigged with screws and clamps that didn't belong there. My passenger door was scraped and the paint was removed, I mentioned it to the owner and he denied it happened there, yet the car was not garaged at the establishment. This shop did good work before Troy dad, Melvin passed away a few years back. I will never go back to this shop and I advise others to do the same if you want your vehicle repaired correctly. I regret not going to Nissan to have my car repaired properly. I can definitely say the shop name fits well! One Stop, you'll never go back again!

These people are thieves, really its a damn chop shop amongst other nefarious activities. My aunt brought her car there and they broke her dashboard, spilled cold drink on her carpet grease on tan leather seats. They used her car for personal errands, had 173 extra miles. They offered to replace her driver fender for an unbelievable price turns out from a stolen car! I went with her to get her car and saw a man who was a crack addict buying drugs inside the shop! Avoid this place, it is absolutely filthy to boot! No proof but I think they're using customer vehicles to do drug runs! I told my aunt to go and get new plates.
