I love Orangetheory Tchapitoulas Uptown in New Orleans. Coach Jill is terrific, very cheerful and welcoming and a good coach. The front staff is welcoming and friendly. Coach Will is the best Coach I’ve had at half a dozen studios. He is upbeat, supportive, clear in his directions, remembers peoples names, gives constructive feedback when needed, and encouragement by name multiple times during each coaching session. I especially love his coaching aimed toward encouraging us to do our best, not only in the workout, but in life. Great team! Thank you.

OT Tchoup. in New Orleans has been one of the most effective exercise and fitness programs out of many gyms and programs I've used over the years around the country.1. The workouts cover strength training / weights and various cardio options. A lot is packed into one hour and it's all guided by the coaches. Before you look up, an hour is complete and you've burned hundreds of calories and worked many muscle groups. 2. Great scheduling options- OT is open 7 days a week and they have classes that start at 5am up into the evening. There are OT locations all over the country - so you can maintain your OT schedule while on the road with certain memberships. 3. Anyone at any level can benefit from these classes. The coaches will work with you and make sure you are safe and accommodate any fitness levels, injuries or special circumstances you may have. 4. The workouts are great for reducing stress and calming stressed out, busy minds and lives. The coaches like - Will B. provide a lot of great encouragement and motivational words to get us through the classes. We leave feeling better and stronger. 5. Every class is different and there is a lot of variety in the workouts. They keep it moving and interesting and you can track your daily workouts, progress, heart rate etc all on the OT App that ties in with a heart monitor tracker that you wear during the classes. 6. Anyone at any level can improve their health and fitness with OT. You just have to show up, give it a try and keep moving with it- give it time.If you do your part, OT will do its part... It has made a difference for me 100%.

I love the workouts and have a great workout to offer a variety of times especially early morning classes. No doubt my day is better if I begin my day with a class at the Uptown Orange Theory. The coaches & staff are very attentive and genuinely want to see you achieve your goals.

My favorite studio to date! ? I finally committed to a membership after taking a class with Will. He makes me feel so confident that I can achieve my goals and is so motivating! All of the staff is super kind and welcoming as well. I look forward to every workout here!

I love OrangeTheory workouts and this location specifically. The workout is easily adaptable for your fitness level and offers a power walk alternative to running, which at 50 years old is perfect for me. Can’t run anymore but I can walk at 12% incline and get all the cardio benefits of the class. This makes it great for all ages interested in their overall health. The NOLA uptown location is my particular favorite as the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Will and Mia are awesome!

Wonderful gym, very welcoming, and providing excellent and diverse offerings. It has been a wonderful opportunity to participate in coming back from injury with limited offerings - they’ve been exceptionally accommodating in terms of working with me on modifications and allowing me to safely return to exercise after 7 months of not being allowed to run or jump!

OTF is a great workout and has helped me hit some physical goals, but what I really appreciate are the coaches that are there day in and day out encouraging me to push myself. OT is a little community in New Orleans and i love being part of it!

I have been working out at OT for 1yr. I did the free class to try it out and signed up as soon as I could. I like hard core sweety workouts (not CF tho) and this work out is that and then some.Pros: lots of classes during the day and weekend to accomodate my crazy mom/social schedule, online classes / at home workouts on their app, when you travel within the US, you will likely find an OT to workout at (no extra fees, same consistent workout), HR monitor to help you achieve your health goals (fat loss, increase strenght/muscle mass, mental health, etc.) and stay on top of each work out (which you can accommodate to your personal needs, within a group setting); I love having a coach that guides and motivates you (like a personal trainer), that explains alignment properly and keeps an eye out for everyone to properly perfom each exercise, and I love feeding off of the group energy to stay focused and never quit or give up until. There are only a handfull of coaches now, which I feel offers more consistency in the class energy and they can also get to know the community better this way.I forgot to mention- you are in charge of your workout. You can make it as easy or as challenging as you want. Power walk, jog, run like Sonic- up to you! Lift 8lbs or 80lbs- up to you. You are in control of your goals.The front desk staff is super sweet!Cons: they charge $12 for missing a class, or charge you a class from packages; they have a bunch of workouts throughout the year and challenges that cost extra. I personally never participate in them and its no biggy! Some people do it every year. I feel they should be free lol

OTF is great- I love it. It’s a great, fun, intense workout. Exciting, knowledgeable coaches and fun music make for an amazing workout.

First and foremost, OT is the best full body workout in the market. It allows me to get my cardio and weights both in twice per week; however you can schedule as many classes as you would like. I find each of their locations to be convenient and I also find their classes to be affordable. Makenna at the uptown location has been especially helpful and I would highly recommend you ask for her when signing up.
