Visited at 11:30 on a Friday. Store is nice and decently stocked, though their clothing selections could have been better. But I needed help and couldn’t find an employee anywhere in the store to help me. And when I was ready to check out, the registers were covered in trash and abandoned items. I stood at the register for 5-10 minutes, but nobody ever came, so I left without buying anything.

The Algiers location is great for the neighborhood. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and orderly. The prices are slightly costly. PLEASE RETURN PET GROOMING.

It is very sad to see the birds for sale, they look so lonely in their individual cages and are no stimulus for their development. The sale of exotic birds should not be legal.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Grooming Place at All Costs
I wish I could give zero stars. I scheduled an appointment for my toy poodle at 8:15 am and arrived at 8 am, only to find the place still closed. I saw the groomer, Anna, enter the building, so I knew someone was there. At 8:12, I got out of my car and waited by the door for over five minutes, knocking several times. No one answered. I even knocked on the grooming window, still no response. Frustrated, I left and returned when the store officially opened at 9 am.
When I finally got in, another groomer informed me they wouldn’t groom my dog because I had missed the 30-minute grace period—despite the store not even being open at 8:15! I was told I should have called, even though the store wasn’t supposed to open until 9 am. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like the whole situation was my fault.
When I asked to speak to the manager, he was completely unhelpful and clueless, admitting he didn’t know how to fix the issue. If the manager can’t resolve problems, why is he even in that position?
This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service or the pets they’re supposed to be taking care of. Save yourself the headache and take your dog elsewhere. I definitely won’t be coming back!

I love this location, they are always so friendly and kind. The staff is quick to help, inform, and get you anything you need. I love the little grab bags I can buy to donate to shelter dogs with.
