They are not trained enough about the rules. I was told that I can bring a friend and when we got there they tell me only the blk card can do this. The person wasn't sure how much he said only 24.99 but the other girl said its 14.99 they need more training was very disappointed by this2:00 pm crew

Some very obnoxious employee who was working the evening closing shift on 3/23/24 kept rushing me while I was trying to use the bathroom and shower.I know you guys close at 8 Larry. Every time you come up and talk to me while I'm half naked, you in fact, slow down the process and make me take even longer to finish what I need to finish. Very u professional. 1 star review.
