Ordered at the kiosk. 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich. Total disorder behind the counter! Customers were rolling their eyes. I know why they get you to pay up front... so you can't leave when the food takes too long.

I am a visitor and this is beyond me the way I was treated . I understand the lobby being closed what I don’t understand is why are you all accepting online orders for in store pick up but telling customers that are on FOOT they have to stand in the drive way with cars to be served in order! So stand in between this ford and Chevy and just hope I survive in the heat by myself looking dumb . All teens no adults inside all their eyes are red no one speaking up to answer simple questions just all crowded in the back snickering and lost . I counted at least 20 cars in drive thru so who really working if everyone is walking around saying they don’t know what to do .The young lady In The drive thru was no help and the young man with locs and red eyes was no help. It may be a higher up issue I understand they don’t know what’s the app is doing so Popeyes step it up

The drive through was an unprofessional experience. The line was to the street. The girl at the first window obviously eating something, she didn’t say a word and just put her hand out the window to get my card. Again saying nothing handed my card back and when I asked for a receipt she said “we ain’t got none” At the next window the girl says “what you got?” I repeated my order and she just handed me the bag and closed the window. The staff at this location needs training immediately. The prices went up and the customer service went down

The inside of the restaurant is closed for remodel, so only use drive thru was available. The staff wasn't as welcoming, but it could be because the construction is hindering their productivity. The chicken didn't seem as well battered as it usually is. So this wasn't 1 of my best visits.

They were extremely slow forgetful or maybe it was just them being racist took over a hour after being parked had to go ask for food several times food was extremely cold items were missing employees were rolling there eyes like they didn't want to be there but it did seem only a few got singled out and had to wait crazy over 1 hour wait times couldn't pay me to go back to this location

Line was long and service was slow. Waited an hour only to be told they were closed. Go before 8 pm otherwise thus nay gsppen to you.

I understand why the crew members are rude because the management is horrible the manager with the dreads should be fired for how she talks to people they definitely need new management.

I give no stars none wha so ever they need to fire the whole staff manger and all get new ppl they try to give me re drop shrimp den got mad cause I see the young man re drop the shrimp they get mad when you want ever thing fresh yes I paid for it I want it hot I will be calling Mr Windell to let him know change ur staff they don’t care bout ur customers they only getting a check but don’t wanna do the work

It's the only one in the area. So you have to deal with the crowds n traffic. Typical popeyes. I know what's on the menu. Using the app is difficult to select options you want and staff don't like to make changes even if you ask simply change beans to mash potato. Get yall app updated to all customers to select what they want. Thank you

As all the rest of the fast food restaurants popeyes is getting 2 pricey for me some of the workers give you attitudes like if people would not go in 2 order the restaurants would have 2 close

BEWARE! Some of the prices programmed in the auto-terminal are higher, and legally that would be false advertising. However the Store only have to account for the orders sold, along with the board posted prices. So the manages and the employees who access the terminals are STEALING....from the customers.Carnival Time, and they are looking to make a fortune.
