Drink machine out of order so drinks were tea or water, still full price, asked for classic, got spicy, employees vaping in store, very unpleasant visit.

Whoever answered the phone 02/24/24 @ 8:00pm was very rude and unprofessional! I called to ask of what time were they closing the lobby because of the Different timing they have been closing it just to be told "Sir, the lobby is open for right now"! After that She ended the called. Wow!

I used drive thru. The lady who took the order was very professional. The lady at the window, by accident I am sure, did not give me my drink. I returned via lobby to request my drink that was accidentally forgotten. The lady at the register started making fun of how I spoke and I was handed extremely sweet tea instead of unsweet. I could not drink it. I thought I'll save time and get it elsewhere.Parking: Park before drive thru. No parking available after. The street is one way forcing you to drive several blocks to both directions first, if you wish to return to Popeyes parking lot.

We went here on Wednesday night 10/11/23 around 8pm. The manager on duty was amazing. I didn't make note of her name. The way she handled her crew was great. They all respected her and each other and she made sure they did what they had to do. Fast food places in Louisiana are horrible because of the service so this was refreshing. They did make a mistake and didn't give us one of our meals and got the sauces wrong which is typical in this city/state but she handled it when she got back. Also when we were done, she was on her break but made sure to ask if everything was good as we were leaving. The food was made right and I don't have any complaints about it except for the amount of Mac and cheese they gave us (it's 50 cents extra if you get it as a side.) The restaurant was pretty tidy.

I haven't gotten my food I am still in line. The lobby closed early and the young lady was rude about it. Manager seemed upset I asked for hot food ( male) manager.

Usually when I go to Popeye's I'm expecting to receive the same trash service (Harvey& marrero locations) But since I was in the Algiers area I went and had and placed a mobile order and again I wasn't expecting nothing to go smooth because of previous experiences. When I pulled in the driveway I see the line with long for drive-thru and a couple people were inside but I was prepared to expect the worst. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The service was prompt and quick You can see the staff was working hard and together and I didn't even have to wait in line They were able to hand me my mobile order everything was correct and fresh. I have never been so impressed. I didn't think to take pictures until after I dug in and trust me they had way more fries than that.

I placed an order through the Popeyes app completed my order and it stated that the restaurant closed at 11 PM. I arrived at 10:29 PM to pick up my order. upon entering the drive-through there was a sign that stated due to shortage of employees they close at 9 PM. I drove around to the drive-through window to ask how can I get refunded for the payment that I made. The lady at the window did not want to open the window so I showed her my phone and then she opened the window and asked me what did I say.... I told her I was trying to find out how do I get a refund because I had placed an order and she said I don't know how you can place an order because Uber and Doordash has been shut down since 9 o'clock. I said I didn't place the order through Uber or Door Dash. I placed it on the Popeyes app. She told me I would have to contact Uber because they are a 3rd party. I stated again that I placed my order through the Popeyes app, not a 3rd party. I picked up my phone and showed her that I had indeed placed an order on the app and I was just asking how do I get a refund her response was we don't give refunds so I don't know what to tell you. I pulled up and went back to my app click on support and I was able to get my refund I just feel like the service was rude because at the end of the day regardless of whether or not you closed at nine the app is still turned on so I don't know if that people don't generally place the orders through the app so no one thought to shut the app down for tonight. I'm not sure, but I just felt like she could've handled in a little bit nicer and for that I probably won't ever go back to that particular Popeyes
