I recently took a trip from out of state to snag a new ride at Premier Honda, and man, it was top-notch! Huge shoutout to Joe and Josh for the awesome service—they really made the whole thing a breeze.The team over at Premier Honda, especially Joe and Josh, were awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation of coming from out of state. They helped me find the perfect car in their impressive selection.Even though I wasn't local, Joe made the process smooth as butter. Paperwork and financing were handled like pros, and they navigated those interstate rules like champs. I felt totally at ease with their expertise.Joe really made this car-buying ordeal enjoyable, even though I was miles away from home.I can't recommend Premier Honda enough, especially with Joe and Josh in the mix. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. The staff is very unprofessional and lack sufficient knowledge about their jobs. I have never had to deal with a dealership for MONTHS after purchasing. They blame the banks and each other for mishaps that happen, there is no accountability. You have to call and call to get answers or even just show up there because they sometimes don't answer the phone or simply can not answer ANY QUESTIONS. Never had a dealership forget to send in my paperwork to put a bank as a lien holder which almost cost me my APR % and another credit pull. Sales manager Joe C is one of the worst to deal with. Like most dealerships, once they get your money/check, you do not matter.

We took Labor Day to go car shopping and this was our first stop, although we did not buy, I wanted to leave a review about our salesman Joe, very kind and accommodating, took his time with us. It's been 18 yrs since we walked into a dealership to buy and he totally took the edge off, no pressure! Thanks Joe!!!!

While in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle, we were told we were not allowed to have a third party to do an inspection of the vehicle, "too nit picky", "we're going to lose money if we put money into providing a new battery" (the battery had to get jumped in order for the vehicle to turn on). We were not treated with courtesy or respect.

Extremely unprofessional. They seemed alright in the beginning but started to get pushy with the paperwork. I asked about the $500 recent grad rebate and was told that it cannot be combined with thee special financing. I had researched extensively and had never came across such a condition. I texted other dealerships and several of them told us they were not mutually exclusive. The manager Joe condescendingly told us, “I do this every day. I know what I am talking about.” Later the finance guy told him it was not true. He didn’t even apologize for being wrong. Then they lost any semblance of professionalism when we told them we would not sign anything right away. The manager walked away in a huff and wouldn’t even allow us to look at the breakdown of the prices that he got from running our credit. He claimed it was part of internal documents. They were extremely rude and undiplomatic.Even if this turns out to be the best price available why would one return to this place after they treat their potential customers with such hostility? They were so discourteous, the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

For the Month of July I decided to visit 3 dealerships a week to get an accurate report of the state of major dealerships in the state of Louisiana. Out of 12 dealerships, this dealership came in 10th out of 12. (I have 3 cars, I don't need a car lol) They weren't completely dishonest, however withhold information and use "luring" tactics to get people to walk in to their dealership. One of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences I've had out of all the dealerships I visited. I made sure to look like a regular Joe, i.e. someone they would want to give the run around. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are desperate

By far, the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. I had an appointment on Thursday, 8/4/23. I arrived at the dealership right around 5pm. When I first arrived, they were polite. I met the general manager, Dwayne, with whom I had communicated over text. He was very friendly, and shook my hand. He then assigned one of his workers to me, I THINK the guy's name was Chris? Honestly, I can't remember, but we'll call him Chris.Chris was where it all went to shit. The first car he grabbed for me was a Hyundai Kona, which I could tell immediately was just not a comfortable car for me (not the dealership's fault). The second car I sat in was a Honda CRV, which was also just not the right feel. Finally, I test drove a Toyota RAV4, which I did like, but I wasn't quite ready to settle. It had been a while since the last time I went to a dealership, so I really wanted to get a feel for a few different cars and when I found ones that were comfortable, then I'd want to test drive it. Chris never had the information I needed, he had to go back in to find out how much they were selling the Toyota for (which had just arrived, as it still hadn't been cleaned. He started shaming me when I suggested a desire to test drive more than 2 vehicles. He laughed at me, rolled his eyes, told me "most people only drive like one or two cars. I mean, what, do you wanna drive every car here? You can't just drive every single car in the lot" I had only test driven ONE car by that time. The second car I was interested in test-driving, a Jeep Compass? WAS DEAD. After that, his entire attitude changed. We test drove a Nissan Murano, which I would've loved but the steering wheel was really hard to turn. Chris was dismissive, he played on his phone while sitting in the passenger seat, and when I asked him various questions, he would give me one or two word answers. By the time I was done test-driving the third car, it was quite clear the guy was bored and ready for me to leave. He also claimed that pretty much all the cars they had would be out of my price range, despite my having seen SEVERAL cars listed on CarGurus, under the $20,000 range. I don't care what cars they have, I am never stepping foot in that place again. I'll take my money and my business elsewhere.

Honda helped me for years to maintain my 1999 Honda Accord. Just purchased the Accord emblem to keep the beauty of it going. I helped lots of people working with Home Health Services and Mental Health Services. It's a Blessed Honda Accord and still running. Thanks Honda for believing in me by financing it. I evacuated for Hurricane Katrina in that car and the Honda Dealership in Shreveport, Louisiana gave me free services and a car wash while evacuated there during Hurricane Rita. And, it's still making strides. Grateful !

While on a road trip from NY to LA the worst possible thing happened, our AC broke! We were hot and stressed and Premier Honda was our saving grace. They made an appointment for the next day, and Keaton couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of our situation. He immediately made us feel calm about the issue, and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Our shuttle driver Joe was so extremely friendly. The next day our car was ready to go and we were on our way to our next destination with no sweat! Thank you Keaton, Joe and everyone at Premier Honda!
