Very knowledgeable, professional and reliable!! We had an unknown problem with our truck slowing down once it reached a certain speed limit and the suspension system light kept coming on. We had taken it to the dealership twice for diagnostic and they couldn’t figure it out, but when we took it to Ciji’s to get our brakes changed, they knew exactly what it was without a diagnostic tool. To put a cherry on the top, problem solved before the end of the day and now big baby is riding smooth feeling like a million bucks! I highly recommend using Ciji’s Auto for your auto repair needs.

For years Craig and Ciji have taken good care of us. I came here for a second opinion several years ago on a car and have never looked back! They are the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever met. It feels good not to be over-charged or have an auto problem inflated for more dollars. I love them so much that even with the move to the Northshore, I still come to get my car worked on here!!

I moved my 2020 Jeep Compass here from another shop because they had a 3week wait to diagnose my vehicle (with a clearly broken axle). Ciji’s Auto & Motorcycle Repair finished my front end work in under a week~ worked with my warranty and even averted additional out of pocket cost to me. Mr. Craig & Mrs. Ciji, run a very fuild and professional team!! Quality & Expediency are my experience.

Mr. Craig was amazing to work with. He brought me to my car and showed me exactly what was wrong with it and how it happened. Not only that, but he gave me other options to be sure I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars. For sure would recommend to anybody with car problems to Ciji’s and I’ll definitely be back if I have any too.

Great shop. Reasonable prices and Craig is awesome. I took my 79 El Camino to have a front end alignment and he did a full diagnostics on the front end first and told me exactly what needed to be done before he did the alignment and charged me $49. After taking care of those issues I brought it back and he did the alignment and finished after closing hours. Highly recommend using this shop. Go CIJIS.

One word, unprofessional. Speaking from a customer service pov I was extremely disappointed by my experience. Go spend your hard earned and or insurance money else where.
2 weeks after I had my car towed to the establishment I received a call given a verbal estimate of the damage's with labor. I didn't have an issue with that until they told me I would have to wait until the following month to be serviced and that I would have to come get my car. This was odd to me bc my car was not drivable and if you didn't have the time to fix my car why would you accept a $250 dollar deposit & allow me to have it towed in the first place ??
Nonetheless, It seemed to me that once the owner realized it was a big job being funded out of pocket he went back on many of the things he stated to me from our initial conversation.
Through out the entire process I was very patient and respectful but that was not reciprocated on the owner's behalf. Craig was so rude the last time we spoke. This grown middle aged man fixed his mouth to tell me he knew i was broke when i said i didn't have insurance at the time of my wreck. It was such lame low blow bc I informed Craig of my situation in DETAIL before even bringing it to his property. I am a 23 year old recent college grad and a single mother to a new born baby. I'm no where near broke i'm just young and thought i was making the right decisions. Verbally attacking ANY customer is WRONG but to call someone broke you gladly took money from and didn't didn't give it back is WILD. He unnecessarily tried to belittle and disrespected me when I was nothing but RESPECTFUL to him and his wife. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Really nice people at Ciji’s! I was stranded, and Connor gave me a lift home. Craig was in charge of my repair, and it came out less than their quote. Very happy to find good car service.
