The store looked interesting so I gave them a call to ask about a product because I didn't want to drive 20 miles for them to not have it. The lady who answered the phone was insanely rude and demeaning as soon as she answered. "WHAT WHAT DO YOU WANT WHAT IS THIS ABOUT" literally screaming like lady all I said was hi and how are you doing. Good thing I didn't waste gas going over there!

The service I got wasn't the best, I wouldn't speak much during the visits to the store in the future. I had a missing item from a purchase for a visit.

Fantastic place and Jimmy is the man when it comes to tackle. He knows what you need, when you need it and gets it done quick. He was able to make a last minute change for us the last billfish tournament of 8 reels in 2 hours. Definitely recommend Jimmy
