Mean Employees! The facilities poor signage and poor organization led to me being yelled at by one of their employees.I followed my Google Map that took me to a place that was labeled “Enter”. I went forward and was confused where to go. I told a guy at the electronics recycling I had cardboard. He pointed towards another part of the property, so I followed his directions. Nobody stopped me and there was no signs where to go. I did find a pile of cardboard which I guessed marked the place. I got out of the truck and unloaded the small amount and was then accosted by two men. They were very upset at me and demanded I tell them where I came from. I pointed and they told me that I came from the wrong way. They did not ask me who gave me directions, and don’t think they cared. It became apparent that they would get in trouble with his supervisor because I got by them. They then told me to ‘turn around’ and get out. (One of them is shouting). I asked where. And he continued to shout at me. I asked him why he was shouting. He shouted, it was it was the look on my face. He said I was smirking (? I think I was squinting in the sun, which turns my cheeks up) Regardless, he was shouting at me, and was very very angry. I got in my truck to ‘turn around’ and the men started yelling at me to back up. After I go my vehicle all straightened out, I did not look back and promptly left.I learned my lesson:To avoid the rude, verbally abusive Recycling Drop Off Center employees, I am going to elect putting my recycling in the garbage.Much of this experience was recorded with a dash-cam although once they closed my rear door, its slightly inaudible. I will gladly share this video with any of their supervisors.

I am waiting for bins to arrive so I brought in a load of recycling myself today. Bino helped me unload and left me feeling like I wanted to come back.. Kind, patient and understanding would be how he presented himself to me. Thank you Bino for making an impression on me in the 3 minutes it took to unload and diacover you're my people. Cheers

First time there, they can only take 50 lb a paper to be shredded, the line wasn't long so I was in and out in about 15 minutes. So if you need to get rid of important documents you don't feel like shredding at all bring it there every 4th Saturday of the month from 8 to 1 p.m.

It's a very well run and organized. Plenty of volunteers directing traffic, answering questions, and helping unload items from cars.

They recycle paper, cardboard, metal, plastics 1 and 2, glass, batteries, light bulbs and electronics. Have it all sorted and then just stay in your car, they will take it from you and give you back your bags/containers, if you want them back.

Had a flat screen TV that died on me. Stayed in the car, took it out and on my way. Workers helped move a couple of cars so I could exit early! Easy peasy

Great Service! Everyone is masked up, and you don't even have to get out of your car! The guys and gals working are really friendly, and very helpful. Never been easier to do your part; just make sure your recyclables are clean, label removed, and only glass goes to a separate area if you don't like to separate!

No contact info. No hours posted. Quite useless when you arrive with a car with recyclables on the date the city announces as a recycling date and they are closing the gates by 1pm. Pretty pointless and disappointing.
