Cash only & no dressing rooms, but some of the best selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories. Home goods are a hit or miss and may be better at Restore. They have such a large selection of shoes that they have to separate by color. Probably the best store for the selection of men's shoes/clothing. Overall one of the better thrift stores in the area

Rude staff, price increases no thank you. I used to love coming here but now I am not giving the time of day anymore. Ask a question and get cut off. NEVER again. Save yourself some trouble and try another thrift store

Don't trust the sticker prices on anything. Found matching shoes for me and my littles that were going to be 50% off only to be told VERY rudely that they go by the prices on the bottom of the shoes and not the sticker prices. So where as I would have paid $26 for 3 pairs of shoes I was not going to pay over $75.The prices are garbage and the customer service is just as bad. just because the registers are up high doesn't mean that you can talk down to the customers.

I used to love this place, the selection of items is great. I always find the best thrift finds here. HOWEVER, the recent price increases are actually ridiculous. $40 for a coach purse that's falling apart and has a stain on it is unacceptable. $35 for a fake Louis V is unacceptable. While I may have the money to afford these items, at the end of the day, you are still a thrift store. You got these items for free, you do not need to mark up the prices so high. There are people who shop here who can't afford these products now because they've been marked up so high. I love this thrift store, but I will not be shopping here anymore if the prices continue to rise

Zero workers were helpful. Every single one of them made me feel as though I was an inconvenience and in the way. It was my first and last time shopping there. Demetra checked me out, and she looked at me like I was stupid because I didn't know to take the clothes off the hangers. Again, it was my first time there. Then she sat there and looked at me like it was above her to help me take the hangers off. Policy? Fine. But human decency is still a thing. If you're looking for customer service, skip this place. I could barely get down the clothing aisles due to the multitude of workers hanging clothes up and practically running me over to do so. Good selection of clothing though; I'll give them that. Oh and bring cash. Not sure what kind of activity is going on at a "thrift" store that it's 2023 and you don't accept cards. Anyway, I'll be one less person in there when you go, if you go.

Great place to shop for home items. Elliott went beyond by loading a chair into my truck. I am from Texas and enjoy visiting my relatives in the area...And we spend time shopping at this establishment... Thank you, I will be back!

First time shopper. I had a blast. I mostly thrift for dishes, crafts and decor. I found lots of goodies at great prices. The employees were very helpful. The cashier was very sweet. The store is clean and well organized. I will definitely be going back there again.

We were in line during a bad storm and the power went out. The sales staff ushered everyone to the front, and we all watched out the windows as it rained sideways. After just about 5mins the staff made us leave the store into the torrential storm. We could clearly see from radar that the rain cell was going to pass rather quickly, yet they still chose to make us fight the rain. We were all calm, and most people were willing to wait it out. Poor decision making by these people.

Lady working on April 8th at around 6:06 was pushing customers out the door at 6:00 and yelling at people in line looking at coats. She needs to get a grip and the store is disgusting. Rude rude service workers. Won't be back.

Glad to see it's been a while since someone has left a review. I had to make a quick stop and I shouldn't have stopped in 30 minutes before close, but I didn't think the employees would be so incredibly rude. I would have expected to be approached kindly and told to leave the store/get inline rather that having someone CLAP THEIR HANDS AT ME like I was a dog. Your staff shouldn't be yelling and customers or hitting the displays to try to get my attention and I have found this to be incredibly disrespectful. I may look young be I have worked in customer service long enough to understand when someone isn't being treated fairly.

I am a hardline believer that you should only call yourself a thrift shop if you provide significantly good prices…as in less than someone would pay new or on Etsy/eBay. This is not a thrift store, it’s a scam. They take free donations and mark them up higher than Goodwill (if you’re pricier than Goodwill…you’re the bad guy). Not only that. They have no obvious signs anywhere signifying they are cash only. So you I end up waiting 30 mins to be told you need to us the ATM. If you can install an ATM machine, you can install credit card readers. The only reason for a store this large and well organized/part of a chain to not take cards is illegal activity, period. Someone is pocketing even more of the money they get from teee donations. And I BET the employees aren’t getting a living wage or good benefits. Gross.

Not once, but twice, I went to the register with my favorite item, and the tag fell off as I was putting it on the counter. If the tag falls off, they are not allowed to sell you the item, even though they watch it fall off of the item. This place is a scam. I will NEVER shop here again. The workers are rude, and the store smells like old fish sticks. Over priced and poor service. If I could give zero stars I would.

The tag fell off at the register and the lady at the counter said she couldn’t sell me the skirt I was going to get for an upcoming vacation. Maybe invest in a better system than staples to mark merchandise. I’m so sad, I went to my car and cried after. What a disappointing experience. Not shopping at this store again.
