Horrible!I thought Ms Rose knew what she was doing. I came in the get a manicure, just because my birthday and a new job. I had one problem she cut to deep into my cuticle and it started bleeding. I will never go back. Upset with a sore thumb.

I drive from city park to this place for 10 years. After a week I get a nail lift. This has never happened and running my fingers through my daughter's hair and mine the cuticle area of the nail started pulling our hair out when I run my fingers through. I never had a complaint and believed the rapport I have established should not have gotten me dismissed because I came in to question the unfiled cuticle area which never happens. I also was the only person in the nailshop, so no rush on the full set day, but the way those people dismissed my concern regarding my filing being a little off, I was told repeatedly my nail grew which has nothing to do with unfiled cuticle Area which explains the bandage because my nail bed was filed inappropriately. All I had was my dog nail grinder to file these beds to stop the hair pulling I will never go back after 10 years prices are high everywhere But dont screw me over. Today I realized after 10 years I'm only $$$$ and my valid complaint was invalid. NEVER GOING BACK!!! ALL CUSTOMER DESERVES RESPECT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT!!!

I decided to come back to Regal Nails since I was always a regular, I’ve noticed they take on more customers and the wait time is ridiculous. I understand first come first serve, but I’ve waited almost 2 hrs. Thank God I was off of work there needs to be more techs so that there isn’t a long wait. Two people only does nails and one only does pedicures. If the other person isn’t there for nails, please come with a lot patience as it is aggravating.

First time looking around in the warehouse district for a desert nail shop. Everything was Outrageous over priced for mediocre nails! Regal nails has the best prices thought not to be rude the type of work they do not my taste but was definitely wearable. I’ve learned over the years of going to different salon after salon the most important thing I and every woman i can bet look for is for a nail tech to do exactly what the customer, client want and to really try to achieve this! I’ve noticed also this is a problem with a lot of places. They either do it their way or don’t really try hard enough. Saying you can do something is one thing and doing is another. Just be honest if it’s not something you don’t feel confident enough about. Customers have to pay for services remember and we also have to live with the finishing results. Customer service is so very important in this field! Anyway Regal was very professional and really kind I wasn’t totally happy with I asked for but they definitely meant well.

Decided to go to the location in chalmette (I can’t post my review there, because the company disabled them smh) let’s just say I had the worst experience ever. A lady was there before me, her services were a pedicure, eyebrow wax, a full set. I strictly went for a toe polish (gel specifically) I got there for 11:17 am, didn’t leave out until 1:40 pm. NOT EXAGGERATING! I have never been to a nail salon where the worker never takes a break from a client to start working on someone else - ESPECIALLY a client like me who only came in for a toe polish nothing more. I will never in my life, visit that location again. Any other normal salon, would not have me wait 2 hours just for a TOE POLISH. Horrible service, horrible experience, and worst part of it all I barely even liked how she polished my toes. Please avoid this place at all cost. I don’t even want to try out any of their other locations. I see why this business disabled the reviews, because they are such a horrible nail salon. I’m sure I’m not the first person to leave a bad review. Close down please!

I have been a regular here for the past 3 years. I came 3 weeks ago Rose charged me $45 for a fill w/gel polish, didn’t question it I was in a rush and I didn’t see a price list to remember what it should have been. I went a few days ago and Keith charged me $40 for the same service that I was paying $35 for. In this same session Rose charged a woman $38 for a manicure w/gel polish. They have taken their price list down so that you can’t question what you know is outrageous. Price gouging is against the law, SHAME ON YOU.I won’t be returning to over pay for poor service.

They do nails nice but it’s very pricey my daughter got a set of nails $65 acrylic set of nails and I got a Manicure which cost 35 other than the price is a good place but way too expensive I’ve never been to a place that’s so expensive

1st time here. Staff was very nice. I asked for short stiletto full set, & THIN GEL NOT THICK. I also got a polish change on my toes. Which was $16 the job was rushed with several errors. & the gel was EXTRA THICK. I was going to get a polish change somewhere else but they suggested I call original place of service since it was the same day. I did but they didn't offer to redo. I will NEVER GO BACK? Just a waist of time & money ?
